Spacious 4BR Home – Near HPU, Market & Dining – Family & Business Ready!

House was beautiful and had everything we needed. The hosts responded promptly to our questions and concerns (minor ones).

We rented this house for a weekend to visit our daughter at High Point University. It’s a great, comfortable house in a convenient location in town and to HPU. The host is very easy to work with. We look forward to staying again sometime in the future.

Updated and very clean. Home away from home.

This will be a new Family tradition during Christmas! Several families were under one roof and we had an amazing time. From the time we checked in until the day we left, Simone was awesome. Everything you will ever need in a home , she definitely had it and more. Even down to the cooking seasonings!It we had to say anything that would need to be improved, it would be to make sure the entire home is ADA accessible. It was a little challenging getting my husband in the front door because of the in step. Also, trying to get the wheelchair in the master bedroom with a non ambulatory person was a struggle. Possibly, reconsider describing the home as fully ADA accessible to partial accessibility. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience than this. Thank you Simone for your kind words to our family as well during our time of loss. We highly recommend this home!

Everything as advertised, very comfortable stay.

It is a wonderful property which is well updated throughout.It is also nicely furnished and well stocked with everything we needed for the trip, such as towels, soap, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper etc. The beds and furniture are comfortable and the backyard and neighborhood are nice.

Great stay and will return if in the area.

Amazing location in a very quiet neighborhood. Very close to restaurants, grocery stores, and anything else you might need. The state of this home was immaculate; by far the cleanest home we've stayed in. The host was very responsive in our communication. Primary bedroom/bath on the main floor (and half-bath) with remaining 3 bedrooms upstairs worked out perfectly for our group.One thing to note - there is no TV in the main living area downstairs. The only community TV is upstairs in the loft common area. This was not an issue for our group, but is something to keep in mind when booking. All 4 bedrooms have a TV, so that was a nice amenity. This property will be our go-to when visiting the High Point/Winston-Salem area.

The home was very comfortable for me and my family. We loved it.

We came down to North Carolina for a weeks long stay to watch our son play in his college baseball showcase at First National Bank Field. We absolutely loved our stay at this house. The house was gorgeous and had everything we could ever need, and then some! I loved the size of the bedrooms and the loft area was my favorite. The sectional was the perfect size for myself, husband, 7 year old daughter, mother in law, father in law, and my mom to sit on comfortably with extra space to spare. I loved the neighborhood and went for 2 walks a day with my family. The playground was a big hit with my daughter and we all enjoyed walking to the pond and watching the ducks. The house is located within 5 minutes of any store and restaurant you could ever want to go to. We definitely will be renting this house again when our sons college team returns to play more baseball!

Great place to stay while attending family weekend at High Point University.

I just love this home and Simone is the best!!! This is our second time booking this house and I have nothing to say other than, you must see it for yourself. The host was wonderful and available at all times of the day. You won’t regret this decision

We had a lovely time at the property. Simone and team are highly responsive to messages and getting into the property was seamless. Having stayed at various rental properties over the years, it cannot be overstated how a clean and quiet setting with little touches can make the shift the entire experience. This property delivers on all of the above and more. We will certainly be a repeat customer.

Clean and very responsive host

Excellent location for my son’s move in process at High Point University. Simone was easy to communicate with and very responsive. This home is pretty, clean, and in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

We were in town for a Little League Regional Tournament. The tournament got extended due to weather and the host, Simone, graciously allowed us to stay an additional night so we wouldn’t have to find alternate accommodations on short notice. We will definitely stay at this property again if we return to the area.
