Spacious, renovated modern home in Bear Creek Lake near Historic Jim Thorpe

Cute home on the woods. Spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds.

Great location, property had all amenities we needed.

The beautiful home was cozy, comfortable and had anything you could ever need for a family visit including games, crafts, puzzles and toys for our grandkids! The outdoor fire pit and cozy indoor fireplace were perfect for our Thanksgiving week. The lake is a short walk from the house and there are countless walking trails and hikes nearby. The area's beautiful Christmas tree farms gave us the opportunity for a family adventure to cut live trees to take home. The hosts have provided a space where any guest would would love their stay and we are eager to return!

The house and property was perfect for the four of us. The house is very spacious and offered us plenty of room to socialize and enjoy each other’s company. As we were there only 3 nights, we did not utilize all that the house and property have to offer. The house was very clean and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed deer in the yard each morning and evening. We had a truly lovely stay.

Wonderful home with spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. Everything you need has been provided for you. The homeowner was a pleasure to talk to and very helpful. We will definitely return to this home if we plan another Jim Thorpe vacation. Thank you!

This is just what my wife and I needed for a weekend get away. The house was better than described. It was very clean and modern. Sitting on the wrap around porch watching deer was very relaxing. We really enjoyed the quiet setting and the closeness to Jim Thorpe and Hickory Run State park. Communication with Elizabeth was great. We will definitely stay here again. Five Stars all the way!

I stayed in this property in 2019 and would never stay anyplace else. Elizabeth and her husband are great hosts, they answered questions along the way adn helped with whatever we needed. The house is immaculate, absolutely beautifully decorated and you will never want to leave. Deer on the front lawn every morning, a beautiful lake at the end of the street and the beautiful town of Jim Thorpe a few miles away. We ended up staying another night since everything in the house was so comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom is the most comfortable bed i have every slept on. I am so particular and this house is just the best, rated a 10!!
