Spacious relaxing riverfront beauty

Amazing. Perfect location. Access to river is great. Float from end of horseshoe to house is 3 hours. Plenty of room in the house. Everything about the house was perfect.

Had problems with roaches and grills were awfu But did relax because of location on the river

Perfect spot on the river. Family and pet friendly, super clean with easy instructions and ability to communicate with owner. Will FOR SURE be back next summer and stay longer. Great trip!!!!

Had 10 of us stay again for the 2nd year in a row. Love the location for floating since we can just hop out of the river and be at the house. We usually drop in at the Top of the horse shoe and make it a 6-8 hour float.

Great location and great space.

Our group had a great time there. Being right on the water made things so much easier at the end of our floats each day since none of us had to drive the group back. Super nice set up and with the drop off right there it made it really peaceful at night and in the morning.

From the location, to the set up of the house and the great property owners, everything was PERFECT for our stay! Location is perfect for tubing from the Horseshoe directly to the house! The water level was a little low for floating (around 70 CFS) but still doable. We had a family member drop us off at the end of the Horseshoe and floated on our own tubes down to the house. We think it took about 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. If the water level had been a little higher we would have floated from the beginning of the Horseshoe all the way to the house! The location is also convenient to town (Granny D's, grocery store, etc). The house has 4 bedrooms; 1 down and 3 up and 3 full bathrooms; 1 down and 2 up. We found the beds to be very comfortable and there were plenty of linens and toiletries provided. Plus washer/dryer if needed. The kitchen, dining and living room were perfect for our family of 10 (7 adults, 1 teen and 2 kids), with plenty of room/supplies in the kitchen for cooking meals. The set up was also perfect for the many game nights we had! The back porch was very nice with plenty of seating. Access to the water was easy enough. Even though the water level was low, it was still probably 1 1/2 to 2 feet deep, perfect for relaxing in chairs/tubes. Nice little set of rapids we would have used if the water level had been a little higher. Also, A/C worked great! The property owners were very nice and very prompt with responses! We'll definitely be back next year!!
