Spacious one bedroom 2 miles from Texas Tech!

I loved my stay in this beautiful little home. It was truly a home away from home. Perfect size and oh so comfy! I plan to stay again when visiting my daughter at TTU. Thank you for sharing your home.

Quiet, spacious location. My go to place to stay when I am working in the area. Always responsive staff. Clean with all the amenities you need to a very comfortable stay. This is my 5 or 6th time staying here and have already scheduled my next stay here.

Cute and clean little place. Worked for us. Met our needs for sure. Host was responsive and helpful. Only complaint is the area isn’t the best where this VRBO is located.

Washer/dryer were convenient, but washing machine needs to be cleaned; had a funky smell. As I told the owner, the washcloths were hideous. I clean my house with better rags than the ones offered there. There was no clock anywhere which is not a huge deal, I’m just used to a walk clock, and a box of Kleenex in the bathroom. Neighborhood isn’t great but we didn’t feel unsafe. House is in 2 parts which wasn’t shown in pictures. We were on the backside.

Beautiful space to stay 2 nights while in town for business. Loved the carport as protection from the possibility of West Texas storms! They really thought of every amenity.

This has been one of my favorite places to stay here in Lubbock. Have been traveling here for work for 8 years and this is the latest place I’ve tried. Have stayed here twice and already booked a third stay.Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is clean with convenient washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances. Good wi-fi coverage.

The attention to detail at this location was impeccable. We were comfortable and felt cozy. I fully prefer the personal touch of staying at a VRBO over a hotel or motel ANY DAY! This host put such a personal touch on this location. We continued to find special surprises and personal touches at every turn, they really made our stay special. We felt safe and secure in the location and appreciated the covered parking. I will not hesitate to book this location again, as we plan to be in the area frequently to visit family! This was far superior to any experience we've had with other private stays and I'll never go back to hotel/motel living...If I could give extra stars, I most certainly would!

We came in to visit our daughter for the weekend. This little place is very very nice. Extremely clean and in a good neighborhood. It has everything you need. Location is great as well for college related activities! We will be back for sure.

Property was easily accessible to TTU. Water pressure in shower is tremendous. Nice towels. This property worked well for us.
