Spacious Oceanfront | Sleeps 30!

This house worked well for our large group of 26. The upstairs' living area was really nice as a gathering area for our men’s group. The pool and hot tub were dirty and the pool definitely was not heated. Overall our stay was really nice. We enjoyed an amazing view and the sunrise each morning was amazing from the upstairs deck. I would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were nicely furnished but the floors felt dirty and the dining table felt sticky. There were 2 dishwashers in the kitchen but only one was working. The linens for the bunkbeds were in a bag by the beds so we had to get those beds ready. I messaged the host about the bulbs being out in one of the bunk rooms and we had to buy some so the kids would have lights. I also told the host about mold in the half bath off the kitchen area but never got a response about my concerns. For the positives, the home had plenty of space for our group of 15 (ages 6 to 62), and the beach access was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked and the elevator made it so much easier to get our groceries to the top floor. Overall, this is a beautiful home, it just needs a little maintenance.

Great location. House is a bit rough around the edges. Deck had a lot of loose nails. One dishwasher didn’t work. Ice machine needs a deep clean because there was tons of black stuff floating in the ice. Elevator didn’t work. It’s a livable house, but it’s too expensive for what it is.

This is an amazing place to rent for a large group of friends. There is more than enough space and beds for everyone, and having both a pool and being right on the beach is incredible.

We had a great week at the property. Even with 29 people it was spacious enough for all. Access to the beach was nice, and the pool and hot tub were a big hit. The upstairs fridge was having a hard time making enough ice, but we bought extra. The one negative comment is for the outdoor grill, it was disgusting. Spent an hour scraping oyster shells and an inch layer of grease and other gunk off the bottom pan and grill racks. It took everyone awhile to get used to all the rooms, and we couldn't even find a broom for a few days. Maybe put all the cleaning items in one location and put that in the floor descriptions. Overall a nice experience, beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers.

We had 20 Family members stay for a week. It was the perfect place for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out so no one felt cramped. The pool and Beach were highlights for everyone (especially the little ones) Surf fishing, Dance parties for the littles, body surfing, shark teeth hunting and even a pirate treasure hunt for the littles on the beach. We had a great time and are all trying to plan another visit here. We all highly recommend this place,

This is the one time a year that we are able to get all of our kids and grandchildren together for one week to create life long memories..We are spread out from Oklahoma, Nashville, NC and Virginia so family visits are a premium.. This property offers everything necessary for a fun filled time of fun and laughter.. Having stayed here before and knowing what to expect makes for a good time.. Would recommend this property for sure..

Location, amenities and size of the property was a great match for our group of 19, ranging in ages 2 to 75. Common areas were large enough to accommodate all, while there was enough space to enjoy quiet time. Proximity to the beach with private walkway was perfect, as well as pool area.

The house is beautiful and well prepared for everything you need while on Topsail . The only thing we had to buy at a local store was beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. We had thought it was listed that the house had these items, we did not have them available. Otherwise, every thing about this house is perfect. We will plan to stay here again.
