-This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. The Pet Fee is $350 for 2 dogs. Contact us regarding dog rules at the beach.

-Maximum Occupancy: 12 Occupants: Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.

-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.

-No uninvited guests without permission.

    We had a great stay at Bella Mar! They were so accommodating and were even able to get in a little earlier than check in which was fantastic. Excellent communication if I had any questions and the walk to the beach was better than expected. The bed I slept in on the top floor wasn't soft (had very little give) but that's my personal opinion. Others may like that. Overall excellent experience and would recommend.

    The grill was a big let down. We looked forward to the last day grilling out but didnt think to check it beforehand. It was in poor shape, dirty, and seemed to be out of propane. Several of the pans are heavily bent and not useful for cooking. We had to replace about every battery in any remote we used and several light bulbs were out or flickering. Some of the beach chairs and the grey wagon may as well be thrown out as they are in poor condition. Some basic upkeep wouldve got this house a 5/5 easily.

    This house was perfect for our group! The 3 king bed Master bedrooms were extremely spacious. We had a 5 minute walk to the beach. They had everything we needed for the beach, towels, chairs, boards, carts, ECT.

    My family was very pleased with accommodations at Bella Mar. anything we could have needed was provided. The house was spacious and ample room for all of us. Easy access to the beach, plenty of chairs provided. The locals are friendly and welcoming. Close proximity to grocery stores and dining. But enough provided in the kitchen to allow for cooking and grilling. Highly recommend this home.

    The house has so much space for a large family. We had 8 adults and 3 kids. We loved the convenience of the elevator, especially going from the first floor to the third. The living room and kitchen was spacious. The host seem to have thought of everything. There were lots of chairs, beach carts and toys. It is a very short walk to the beach from the house. On the third-floor deck, there is a great view of the ocean. We will definitely be coming back.

    Great for a family vacation. Enough space to accommodate 12 of us! Including babies and kids. Elevator was handy as my mom was still recovering from knee surgery. Plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. Walk to the beach was very convenient and parking at the access was easy as well if you really don’t want to walk. Management was easy to work with and get a hold of.

    We have typically spent the grandkids’ Spring break at either Myrtle Beach or Outer Banks. We are so happy to have found Kure Beach. It is a very friendly town with great beaches and restaurants and only a few minutes from Carolina Beach. Our rental was perfect, with ocean views and plenty of room for the whole family of seven.

    House was perfect for our group of 11. Three king bed bedrooms with attached baths was a definite plus. Excellent location in residential area, one block from main road and very walkable to beach. Very well supplied kitchen.
