Spacious New Braunfels Escape w/ Private Deck!

We visited this property for our son’s wedding at Gruene Estates (beautiful venue!) and the location was perfect! We were only about 5 mins away from all the fun in Gruene. The house itself was a perfect set up for multiple/large families. There is a HUGE master, 2 bedrooms on the other side of the house and an additional hallway near the garage with another 2 bedrooms (perfect for parents and small kids). The game room in the garage is fantastic as well as the games outside (cornhole and disc golf). There is a beautiful pavilion with TVs and a grill outside. The house was spotless, the kitchen is well stocked with any anything you need to cook or entertain. We will be back for sure!

Our stay at your home was such a GREAT experience. The location was perfect as it was close to grocery stores, restaurants (downtown Gruene is just minutes away) and it was close to where we were able to put in for tubing. The accommodations were very comfortable and the house was very well taken care of and stocked with plenty of extras. There was plenty of room for our family of 11 to spread out, room for playing games and space outside for spending time together. I would highly recommend staying at this home!! We will be back. We planned a family vacation with adult children from out of state. I wanted them to enjoy the hill country and cool clear waters of Texas rivers. We were only a few miles from Texas Tubes, and Gruene. There was an HEB Plus nearby for groceries. There was terrific outdoor and entertaining spaces in the front and back. Most impressive was the great smell upon entering. The bed I slept in was like my one at home plus extra blankets and pillows were offered. Instructions for check in and booklet provided had really detailed information. Requested a 2 hour later check out and was accommodated with a quick response. Will definitely be back to stay if I have another large group of people to keep together. I believe we all had a fantastic time.

The house was perfect for our three families of 6 adults and 4 kids, ages 14-6. Each family had their own separate sleeping areas and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with a big refrigerator and all the small appliances you need. The game room was a big hit with everyone as was the huge backyard and outdoor pavilion. Donkey and Goat live across the street and were a fun bonus! The house is very close to downtown Gruene, Gruene Hall, shops and restaurants. While we were unable to float due to the July 4th tragic flooding (we were perfectly safe) tubing companies would have been easily accessible. We will definitely be back!

This is the second time we stayed at house and it was still in great shape. We stayed with our 3 adult kids and their families. Location was convenient and a nice quiet getaway spot. Backyard and game room are nice.

We had a wonderful time at this peaceful New Braunfels retreat. The house was clean, cozy, and perfectly located near the river and local spots. One of the unexpected highlights was the friendly donkey and goats on the property—they were such a fun and unique touch! Our group loved relaxing in the backyard and soaking up the countryside feel. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway with a bit of charm and character!

We are 8 ladies who were college friends and now in our 60’s! We are the Yayas! This house was perfect for our yearly trip. It is beautiful, very clean, great bathrooms and showers. The pavilion in back was our favorite place to hang out. The owner was awesome when we had a question. We will definitely be back!!

Home was exactly as described (and clean and comfy). We loved having plenty of space for our extended family. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Appreciated the binder full of pertinent information on the home and the area's amenities. Would certainly stay again as the owner was promptly receptive to questions regarding their home. We got a kick out of the video game machine...and so many other game options for the whole family.

The house, back yard, and game room were all amazing! Tons of room everywhere and the kitchen was great and had everything we needed!

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of beds and rooms were huge. The shuffleboard table was a nice addition too. It was raining so we didn’t utilize the outdoor space but it looked great as well. Only a short drive as well. Lyft picked us up with no issues as well. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again in the future.

If I could give it 10 stars, I sure would. This house has everything your heart could desire. It is spacious, clean and a lot of fun. Our group has been coming to the river together for 33 years now and I have to say, this house ranks second to none. If I could make one change, it would be that they put a pool on their very large property Thank you so much for such a lovely place to visit. We will definitely book this home again.

This was a great place to stay. We enjoyed our time and had fun playing all the games. Great location.

I stayed here with a bunch of my friends. We all loved it so much. It was great for hanging out, cooking, playing games, movie night. It is in such a cute neighborhood and the neighbors are very friendly (Donkey and Goat were super cute!). The house was very clean and has every small item you could possibly need (great for cooking). All of my friends wanted the link to the house reservation because they plan on returning with their families.
