Enjoy views of the Salt Pond from our very modern, spacious, open-floor-plan beach house with everything you need to relax and entertain friends and family. We are located in the quiet, “off the beaten path” Sunset Shores neighborhood which features access to the Salt Pond for launching our kayaks and a community dock for taking in the sunsets. Our house is perfect for a summer week at the shore or year-round getaways.

Sunset Shores neighborhood is the ideal location to enjoy all that Narragansett has to offer. The neighborhood is somewhat hidden, 2 minutes drive off main route 108 to the shores of the Salt Pond. The neighborhood is welcoming and gives you the relaxing feeling of being at the shore. Beaches are close with the choices of Scarborough (one mile), Roger M Wheeler (2 miles) or Narragansett Town Beach (6 miles). There are many top notch restaurants ranging from seafood shacks to fine dining within minutes. (We’ll be glad to share our favorites!) Grocery stores and other shopping are also close by. The local area has many opportunities for being active with tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts plus trails for walking/running and biking, and of course kayaking steps from the house. We love this neighborhood as it has all you need for a great stay minutes away but its also a central location if you want to do day trips to other parts of Rhode Island including Providence, Block Island, Jamestown, Newport and Misquamicut/Watch Hill. The Point Judith Ferry terminal to Block Island and Newport, RI is two miles away.

Our home, situated 200 feet from the Salt Pond and community dock, is perfect for groups that want to stay at a house that is well outfitted and comfortable. Our three level, modern home is a “reverse” floor plan to maximize the views and integrate indoor and outdoor living. This is the vacation home that we use ourselves so we have furnished it with everything you need for a comfortable stay with updated high quality furnishings and a kitchen outfitted for those that like to cook and entertain. The kitchen is well stocked with flour, sugar, spices, cooking oils and kitchen tools to make a family meal. We make every effort to keep the home maintained and attend to guests needs.

Level 2, open floor plan living area with kitchen, living, dining plus a full bath and laundry; access to back deck
Level 3, master bedroom with queen bed and private balcony, ensuite
Level 3, second bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds, ensuite

    We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Rhode Island home! The location is ideal—close to multiple gorgeous beaches yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The house has everything you could ask for, with so many thoughtful touches that made our stay relaxing, easy, and comfortable.The kitchen is fantastic, and we loved the spacious deck, especially with the gas grill for evening dinners. The views of the salt pond are stunning, particularly at sunset. It was so easy to enjoy day trips to Newport and Block Island, and there are excellent food options nearby. Dan and Nicole’s suggestions and guidance truly helped make this one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had.The central AC was a huge plus, though most days we enjoyed the cool sea breeze through the open windows. Bringing our own towels and linens turned out to be no inconvenience at all—especially since the house is stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella, coolers, and even two kayaks, saving space in our car.A wonderful home in a perfect location—we can’t recommend it highly enough for families looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

    Could not be happier about our stay. The house was clean and neat and updated. Roomy and open layout. It’s also a very quiet neighborhood. There was an issue with a valve with the outdoor shower. I reached out to Nicole to inform her about it a she had a plumber there in under 48 hrs! (Try getting a plumber to respond that fast!)I would definitely book again!!

    We chose this property for my bachelorette weekend - all girls were around 30 years old, so not party animals at this point. This place was perfect for us- lovely neighborhood, so quiet, people are so friendly. The house was clean and fit 7 girls. We had a great time
