THE SPACE

This multi-level home sleeps up to 8 guests and features three private bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The lower level provides additional sleeping space with a twin daybed and twin trundle.r>
The home includes two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, making mornings and getting ready much easier for larger groups.

LIVING & GATHERING SPACES

The bright main living room features soaring ceilings, skylights and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day in Lincoln. Enjoy the TV for a movie night or simply settle in and spend time together.

A separate lower-level living area gives your group another place to relax and spread out. The home also includes a workspace area for guests who need to catch up on work during their stay.

The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking and meal preparation, whether you're making a quick breakfast or sitting down for dinner together. You'll also find coffee supplies available for your stay.

GOOD TO KNOW

This is a multi-level home, and guests will need to use stairs to enter the home, reach the bedrooms and access the lower level.

The garage is not available for guest use, but the driveway can accommodate approximately four medium-sized vehicles. Additional street parking is available along the circle and surrounding street.

For guest and property security, exterior security cameras are in use. A video doorbell monitors the front entrance, and exterior cameras monitor the driveway/front exterior and backyard. Cameras may record video and audio. There are no cameras inside the home.

The home includes Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, Roku streaming with Guest Mode, and a washer and dryer for guest use.
