This is a lovely house on a beautiful property! There were so many warm seating areas in the main living room, all very open and inviting. We also are very grateful to the host for working with us on a short timeline when we were in a pinch. Thank you!

Clean, comfortable, well- appointed with many amenities. Lots of gathering areas to enjoy time together and plenty of room to spread out for some quiet time. Close enough to Franklin, Nashville, and other suburbs but private enough to be away from all of the noise. I would highly recommend this home for a getaway. It also had baby gates and toys for younger kids, which was quite impressive.

Spacious house on a beautiful piece of land, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Great proximity to Leipers Fork, Franklin and hiking. We stayed for a girls weekend, but would be an excellent choice to stay with kids given all the room in the house, and the large outdoor areas to run / play. We would stay again!

Need more lighting in the kitchen eating area. Step on front porch needs to be marked that there is a step down.

The property was beautiful. Communication with the host was easy. Any questions we had were promptly answered. Everything was clean and ready for us. It was warm weather while we were there and the air conditioning did a great job of keeping the whole house cool. We have five of us staying in the house. We all showered with hot water and great water pressure. We would definitely stay here again!!! Loved it!

We have a large family and part of us stayed here to spread everyone out. There was ample space for different groupings of people without feeling like we were on top of each other. A few things:The pool is a nice size, but is in the middle of the woods, so it does have lots of debris, which is easy to remove. The deck is a bit hazardous as it becomes very slick (we had a few falls) and is very worn, with a few holes throughout the area. However, there is ample gating for safety. The house itself has some beautiful spaces, but it is very dark in the dusk, which is somewhat uncomfortable for eating dinner. More lighting throughout would be a nice upgrade. More serving plate ware would also be helpful. The beds were comfortable and ample. The property is quite rustic, with the pond seeming much bigger than it is. Not a great place for fishing, but they made do. Overall, we had a nice stay, even with a broken a/c for the first night. The manager sent out a tech first thing in the morning, and it was a huge relief on 90 July days.

Our extended family had a wonderful stay in these beautiful accommodations, set in a peaceful and private location. We spent plenty of relaxing moments on the back deck, where we were lucky enough to see a newborn fawn and her mother make their way across the meadow into the woods. The home is conveniently located near the charming town of Leiper’s Fork and just 10 minutes from a stunning wedding venue, which made our trip all the more enjoyable. With 10 adults travelling from four different states, sharing two full bathrooms did require a bit of coordination, especially while getting ready for the wedding, but with a little teamwork, we made it work. Our host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, promptly addressing our questions and delivering requested items as promised—even surprising us with a bottle of champagne! If we find ourselves back in Franklin, Tennessee, we’d absolutely love to return to this property.

Property itself is fine, but very difficult to locate the entrance off the main road, especially if you arrive at night. All 6 members of the group drove past the entrance multiple times. Then we finally found the location and were getting settled, cooking a frozen pizza since we got in late and hadn’t eaten. Apparently the oven needed to be cleaned because when we opened it to check on the pizzas (that weren’t done btw) smoke plumed out and set off the fire alarms. This then triggered the home alarm system for some reason that did not have shut off instructions. We finally got the smoke cleared and home alarm turned off just to realize another alarm was continuing to loudly beep and that’s when we realized there were sound monitoring systems around the rental to monitor noise levels. Because of the alarms, these had been triggered and had no way of turning them off. The alarms continued to be a problem into the next day when the police arrived because of the alarms. They told us they had been out to the property multiple times for this same reason regarding the alarms. When I tried to bring all of this up to the property manager I was accused rather than listened to. A one night girls trip spending the night before an event turned into a giant headache, waste of time, and waste of money.

We were in town for a family wedding and had multiple children and grandchildren stay with us who were coming in from various states. The property had plenty of space for the kids to play, a beautiful view and close proximity to gas station, groceries and play area. We spent a lot of time on the porch talking and napping. The weather was perfect We look forward to returning in the near future.
