Clean spacious with good amenities

We had a great time at the house. Plenty of room in the big open area for 9 adults and 5 kids. Kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved the game room. Everyone loved fishing right out back! Plenty of bathrooms and the bunk roomWas also a hit !!

This house is beautiful, very large, and was prefect for our extended family of 10 plus a six year old.

Everything was just as the listing stated. There were lots of things for each age to entertain everyone. The spaciousness of the main floor allowed our entire extended family to be together without being on top of each other. Also, every room having its own bathroom was a big win.

House was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for being together or having privacy. The kitchen was very well stocked. We loved the game room and the views were spectacular. It was a great house for family or a group of friends.

Beautiful home, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, game room filled with about anything you would want to do, a huge dining table and space for everyone (we had 12 - and there is a second table and bar) and a beach front! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

The property is everything as advertised. Space is great, game room even better and the view and beach make for a perfect family rental.

This house had everything our family needed including a very spacious family room and dining area. Plenty of chairs and large dining table so we could all sit together. The game room was especially fun for the grandchildren. The beach area was very nice and not as rocky as we were expecting. The host was attentive and answered questions quickly too! We would definitely stay here again :)

Great house for a family celebration.

We spent the weekend with our entire family of all ages and everything was perfect! The property was clean and stocked with plenty of supplies. We loved that there was space and televisions for everyone to spread out how they wanted to. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay. The house was clean and roomy! The views of the lake were really nice. We spent a lot of time in the game room area. There was plenty of space for our family of 13 to relax. We never felt cramped. There is a TV in every room and the kitchen is well equipped. Our only wish would have been more towels. We hope to stay again in the future!

We stayed the weekend with 8 adults and 6 kids (all aged 3 and under). It was the best house for the cousins to play and the adults to relax and hangout.

We loved the size of the house. It was perfect for our extended family vacation. The access to the water was fantastic. The hosts were easy to communicate with, but we didn't realize at first that there was a different registration site to communicate with the manager other than vrbo at first until I noticed it in email. So be aware that they do not respond from your vrbo comments, but that was not an issue after we were aware of the other service registration. There were so many positives to the place. The teens loved the game room area. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs. The deck was relaxing to sit on and watch the boats go by! We would definitely stay here again if we were going to Lake Barkley.

This was the perfect location for our family weekend getaway. We had 6 adults, 1 toddler and 2 babies. This house was verrrry family friendly. There were 2 high chairs and pack n plays. The master closet is large enough that we used it as a nursery with a pack n play. The open concept living room / kitchen had tons of space for the kiddos to play in while the adults cooked, etc. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with every gadget or appliance you can think of. Air fryer, instapot, crockpot, pots and pans of all sizes, coffee pot, etc. The beach is so lovely and relaxing. You only see one house next door, but otherwise you have a private beach all to yourselves. It is a rocky beach, so we appreciated that the owners recommended water shoes and bug spray. They are a must. There is tons of seating, a fire pit ready to burn, and a gas fire you can light. Each bedroom had plenty of space with a king size bed and attached bathroom with tub shower. This was very nice not having to share a common bathroom. There were also pillows, blankets, and extra fans in each room. We absolutely loved the game room for the kids to play in and it was nice for unwinding in the evening with the adults. The screens for the garage doors have us convinced we need them for our own homes. So cool! Overall, we highly recommend this spacious property. The owners went above and beyond and even left us a thank you gift bag with a hand written note and treats. You will not regret your decision to book this property!

House and amenities were amazing! As we were all seniors, the beautiful view, king size beds in all 4 bedrooms with each one having a full bath was more than we could ask. Everything was high quality with everthing and anything you would need for comfort. The house was beyond perfect for our group and the best part was the owners were so accommodating and helpful. They were so fun and kind that we thought about having them join us during our stay. You won’t be sorry if you book this perfect home and location. It was just the best!
