Spacious House Near Echo Lake, Close to Diana's Bath & N. Conway

The house was perfect for a family vacation! Clean, had everything we could have needed, and super convenient location! We very much enjoyed our stay, and the property managers were very responsive and helpful when we had a couple of questions over the weekend.

Great location and spacious for a family with small children., clean and easy check in/out. A little disappointed that we were left with only a 1/2 roll of paper towels and no extra kitchen trash bag. For the it seems like those things should be standard. Could not use the firepit due to burn restrictions but understandable

It was so child proof and cozy we FINALLY booked the same house twice and will be staying again each year. Truly the house for families with kids and I would recommend it 1,000 times!

This is the first time renting this property. It is in the perfect location. It is so quiet and peaceful, near Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, Diana's Baths and the Saco, and downtown is right around the corner. The house is huge. More than enough room for what we needed with 2 living rooms and a finished downstairs. There is some wear here and there, but that is to be expected. The 2-car garage (perfect for storing my motorcycle) had a terrible odor that needed airing out, almost like cat urine (and later determined to possibly be 3 decaying mice in the trash bin). The master bedroom is huge. The air conditions in the windows were a plus for sure. Two full sized bathrooms allowed for no waiting. We enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard with plenty of seating. The grill and deck table/chairs were perfect for dinner and morning coffee. I rode my motorcycle several of the days going into VT, ME, and every notch I could find; totaling 965 miles while others enjoyed swimming, floating in the Saco, going to the Kanc and Lincoln, shopping, etc. Only 2 days we had some rain and that slowed me down enough to get some shopping and relaxing at the property in before our time was up. I'd certainly recommend this property and will look into it again in the future. Thank you for renting to me.

Vacation with family is always fun and relaxing. The location was great for skiing, snowmobiling and spending lots of money in the many shops at Settlers Green. The house was a nice size for my family of 10. The children had their space while the adults enjoyed a night of cooking, eating and relaxing with all the comforts of home. Courtney was great with any questions or concerns. I want to give a shout out to the Four Seasons plowing company that came 3 times to plow after an all night snow storm, later sanding, since pavement was very slippery. Wonderful week!

Excellent location for a trip to the North Conway area. Short drives to ski mountains, shopping, restaurants, etc. The house set up was great for our two family trip but could easily could host three families. Having to check in at the management office as well as having to bring the trash to the management office which was about a 10-15 minute drive was the only items that were not made apparent in the listing but it was a minor inconvenience.

I was really excited to stay at this property. I'm originally from The Valley and I really wanted to come back and stay somewhere that felt like New England and felt like home. This was just the place. There was plenty of sleeping accommodations for all of me and my friends, we loved the fire pit out back, and enjoyed utilizing the basement for games. We stayed six days and we were easily able to do all of the activities we wanted around town because of the great location. Nice quiet neighborhood and easy communication with the property management made vacation a breeze. Would love to come back!

They wouldn’t be dry for 12 hours. I called and spoke with Courtney and she immediately found this house. It was a perfect replacement. Will rent again. Spacious and very comfortable. Great location near downtown North Conway, echo lake, cathedral ledge, and Diana’s bath. Courtney saved our trip!

My family does a vacation yearly my kids come from massachusetts and the rest of us from Maine. This is a beautiful home with everything you need right there. It accommodated 10 of us easily and there was plenty of space. It is in a great location close to shops and the river and we could take a trail from the back yard to echo lake. I would highly recommend this property and will defenitely book it again.
