We loved the house! Very comfortable despite a few problems. The master bedroom door cannot be opened from the inside and is difficult to open from the outside. This caused one of my family members to have a panic attack when stuck inside. There were also a few more minor issues which I will share with the homeowner.

We enjoyed the super cute, very clean property. The pools were a hit with our teens as well.

We recently stayed at this property through Vrbo and had a mixed experience. The location was convenient and the amenities matched the description. However, cleanliness was a significant issue throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we noticed dust and dirt in several areas, the floors were sticky, and some surfaces hadn't been properly cleaned. This detracted from our overall comfort and enjoyment of the property. Additionally, while the house itself was adequate, there were a few maintenance issues such as remotes missing batteries, ice machine did not work and we could never get the front door to lock when we left the house. There was a deadbolt that we could use while in the house but it didn't make us feel very safe that we had to leave the house unlocked while we were gone. On a positive note, the communication with the host was prompt and check-in/check-out procedures were straightforward. The neighborhood was quiet and we did appreciate the good views, comfortable beds and quick access to Margaritaville. In conclusion, while the property served its purpose for our stay, we were disappointed by the cleanliness standards. We hope that the host will take our feedback constructively to improve for future guests. I would also suggest a guest book with the checkin/checkout instructions, wifi password, how to work the lights, etc. That would be very helpful for future guests as well.

Overall this rental was perfect. The cleaning crew could have done a better job, but nothing that a mop & vacuum didn't resolve. The owner was super responsive and the house had a cute lake theme. Pool was close by, but at first we didn't really know where it was until we just kept walking. I would definitely recommend going to the Margaritaville resort - pool was awesome and the restaurant there was really good. We also rented a pontoon and the kids loved it with the tubing - was definitely worth the money.

We are a family of 4 +2 dogs and we also had our friends a family of 3 stay with us. The place was very welcoming, the property manager answered any questions very quickly. We enjoyed the location and loved using the Margaritaville pool, slide, we went to Jolly Mon Water Park and rented a pontoon for a half a day. We’d highly recommend, we explored shopping and dining in nearby cities, went putt putting, hiked Ha Ha Tonka and toured the Bridal Caves. We’ll be back in the future!

Great layout, comfy beds, nice location, great decor. Dust and cobwebs in corners, window sills, and under beds. Lower bathrooms floors were gritty and decks were not blown. Non working outlet in lower bathroom and kitchen. Ice maker struggling a bit, water lining the bottom of the fridge, and lower panel of dishwasher hanging. Would be great if there was a coffee pot and some inflatables for the pool.

This property has very spacious rooms, each of the three bedrooms has its own bath. Wonderful! Also the property owner was very responsive when contacted. Thank you for sharing this lake home.

Family was too large to stay in one home...so we booked two in close proximity. This home was so much nicer than the other more expensive one. Comfy couches, spacious and just felt like a home... our others felt like an expensive Super 8. Great value here. enjoy
