Located right at the end of the pleasant road that leads directly to Plage Sauveterre, this cute duplex house offers a lot for a family: A friendly community, a large communal field with a beautiful tree for kids to climb, a pool just steps from the front door, a fenced-in garden with grill and table, and a generous internal layout that meant there was always a place to play, sleep and shower. Annick and Alain were remarkably kind, even offering up some food from their own storage when we arrived after a very long road trip. They've equipped their house with better-than-rental supplies, with happy colors and excellent maintenance. A bike route is literally next to the entrance, and the free bus to the beach just a minute's walk. We were very pleased with our hosts and with our stay!

We had a lovely week in the house , it was very clean, comfortable and well equipped . Perfectly located for the beach ( 5 minute cycle ride) where there is a surf school , the cycle ways, forest and the marais salants…5 minutes in the car to the Sables d’olonne for shops and restaurants . Lovely and calm , away from the crowds but still plenty to do even with teenagers !

Lovely house, very friendly hosts and beautiful area to stay in. Could not ask for more. House is very well equipped and has access to a very nice pool. Perfect for a family stay.

This home has everything you could wish for - bright living space and comfortable bedrooms with a pool a few metres away and the beach easily walkable. Alain and annick are fantastic hosts and went out of their way to be helpful. thanks you for a wonderful holiday!

We loved this holiday home! It has everything you need for a real home from home holiday... the children loved the pool! The beautiful beaches are only minutes away...it’s a great location! the owners were very hospitable and more than happy to help with any requirements! We shall definitely return! A lovely, comfortable house in a peaceful residential estate. There's everything you need for a relaxing holiday. All very clean. The pool can be seen from the property and it is not very busy, so you're likely to get it to yourselves. Very helpful owners.
