an open fitted kitchen (with oven, microwave, combined freezer, dishwasher, washing machine).
a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed near the bathroom withdouble sink, walk-in shower and separate toilet.

Upstairs are 2 independent bedrooms and a bathroom with WC: a bedroom with 1 140cm bed with distant sea view, and 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds.
(possibility of an additional bedroom with 2 90cm beds available on request).
Provision of a cot and a high chair if necessary.
