Great stay. Expected highway noise but there wasn't any.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is a lovely home with lots of space. A beautiful large kitchen. Perfect for entertaining and family dinners. The sunny deck was a hit. As was the pool table and hot tub. We would highly recommend stay here.

Great house in a great location! We really enjoyed our stay. The house is really great for a large group and is really comfortable. Loved all the windows on the main floor with a nice view of the surrounding mountains. We also made good use of the jacuzzi after a day of skiing. Would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of space for our group to socialize and hang out while not feeling like we were on top of each other all the time. Plenty of towels ready to go for the hot tub. Would stay again.

An absolute gem! This property was perfect for 8 friends who get together annually to share stories & laughter. The home is clean & spacious & host has provided everything we needed beyond our groceries. Loved the scenery and quiet location to enjoy the deck & hot tub and we even got in a couple of games of pool. Daniel was a very prompt and responsive owner to our numerous questions before the stay. This one is simply wonderful!

The property was perfect for 3 moms and 6 kids. Everyone had their own bed and enough space for their things. We loved the multiple options for gathering - on the deck, in the kitchen, or in the living room. The kids liked having their privacy downstairs with the pool table and hot tub. The property is right off the highway and there are other homes nearby, but it was still pretty quiet. There was no other noice from neighbours, but you could hear the highway traffic. It was well maintained and had almost everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend - would want to return!

This is probably one of the best placeswe've stayed via VRBO, and we've been to many places since 2011. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were even extra dishes in the small kitchenette in the basement. The combination kerig pod and pot coffee machine was a great idea. The house was in excellent shape and tastefullydecorated. There were plenty of towels for everyone. The hot tub was nice. We didn't have a fire in the firepit outside or fireplace inside during our stay, but it was nice that they even supplied wood for both. We had access to the garage whichvwas nice for us to store our bikes. The location was also great. There is a birm of dirt that blocks the highway view from the house and it helps dampen the noise of the highway. There are views of the mountains from both sides of the house. We would definitely consider returning to this place again!

The house was excellent for our five couples. Really enjoyed the hot tub and the large kitchen. The bathrooms were great and well stocked The overall location was great for us although the highway traffic noise was a bit high at times. The large garage allowed us to store our bikes easily

Great location for a golf weekend away with friends. The house was clean, well set up and spacious. The neighbours next door were so nice! We would definitely rent this property again.

Immaculately kept and very clean house, in a quiet area which we loved. We were 10 people in the family visiting and everyone had good space to themselves, and lots of space to do things together as well.

Fantastic stay for a group of guys on a golf trip. Proximity to Copper Point couldn’t be better and a 25 min drive to Grey Wolf. House is well equipped and comfortable. Already booking next year.

Primary Bedroom could use an update on the mattress, closets in upper bedrooms nothing to hang your clothes and no luggage racks and a clothes rack to hang bathing suits and towels besides that it was amazing.

Very clean and beautiful house.

Our group loved this rental. Not only was it so clean, but everything was set up with so much intention and the guest experience top of mind. The kitchen was fully stacked, the beds were comfortable and there were lots of amenities such as games and fire wood. The deck had plenty of seating for all of us and the couches inside were perfect for morning coffee and movies. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet, and the neighbours were super friendly. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect, and the home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The check-in process was seamless with clear instructions provided ahead of time. We especially loved the hot tub and the thoughtful touch of having everything we needed to enjoy it (including the chlorine for after-use).The property is beautifully maintained, and the binder on the kitchen island was incredibly helpful with everything from Wi-Fi details to local tips. Dan was an excellent host, available to answer any questions and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay. The house was great for 10 adults, lots of room for all of us to hang out and everyone had their own bed! Hot tub was so nice after a day of skiing! Kitchen was big and well equipped with plates, cooking tools and utensils. It much for spices except for S&P, so bring your own. I would highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed!

This is a fantastic home 5 min away from Invermere. We attended the Family Day Skating and skiing at Panorama.This property is on a quiet road, wooded area. It easily slept us , our adult children and their spouses and two grandkids. There were 8 of us in total. We had a great time. The home has al the amenities, a well supplied kitchen with plenty of utensils, dishes and cutlery, and excellent appliances all in excellent condition. The whole home was spotlessly clean and there were cleaning supplies, broom, vacuum, mop, etc. if needed. The bathrooms were clean and large. We loved our stay!.. we most appreciated the hot tub and the kids toys!It was a great Family Day weekend!

We stayed for an extended weekend, had a great time was able to accommodate babies and adults. With different area to host both. Kitchen was large and spacious enough for multiple cooks. Hottub was great. Saw various deer around the home kept the children entertained. Room for 2 minivans and truck pulling snowmobiles. Overall great home in close proximity to snowmobiling trails. Would stay again!

We had the pleasure of staying in this great property which was ideal for our family getaway. The property was comfortable, nicely decorated, with everything you need. We cooked almost all our meals in the well appointed kitchen and bbq, enjoyed the fireplace which came with plenty of firewood, wonderful hot tub, pool table, and comfortable and clean bedrooms and washrooms. Looking forward to our next stay!!

Arrives at the home & it was beyond all our expectations!! There was so much space for everyone , from the super mudroom entrance to the open concept kitchen (with huge island), dining area and living room with wood burning fireplace.All five bedrooms were large with comfortable beds, but one thing we could suggest was missing were dressers to put clothing away in every bedroom!! Our granddaughters loved the upper playroom-it was a huge hit!!A new hot tub was a great addition also!

Everything about our stay was picture perfect. The home was amazingly clean, organized, comfortable, and close to all amenities one would need to have a convenient and satisfying vacation. This home is something out of a TV show, absolutely beautiful from the drive, to the home itself. Everyone in my family had a very hard time leaving such a gorgeous property. You will not be disappointed with this property at all. The addition of the hot tub, massive bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, a beautiful kitchen and lovely deck that gets all of the sunshine one would need. We had a medium sized dog and he had all the room and grass needed to enjoy the home as well. We would absolutely come back to this home in the future. With over 20 VRBO rentals for our family, this is the best one by far. We loved our trip, and that’s because we loved this home.

We had a wonderful stay! We thought the property was absolutely beautiful, loved the mountain views, and the home is tastefully decorated. It had all of the amenities you could need or want! We loved the wood burning fireplace, bonding over some games of pool, and the hot tub was a welcomed addition. The host was friendly, especially kind, and communicative from the moment we booked our stay. The rules and expectations for the property are very reasonable, and clearly outlined in the helpful manual they left for us (including some local recommendations). We loved our stay here and will not only recommend it to friends, we will definitely consider booking it again if we plan another trip to Invermere. Thank you!

Beautiful house with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen has all the cutlery, pans and appliances you’d need to prepare meals for a big group. Loved the basement/rec room with a pool table and board games. Only add would be to have an emergency kit available with flash lights, candles, etc. there was a storm and power outage our first night and having one would’ve been helpful. The hosts were very responsive as well.

I rented this house for myself my 3 teenage kids and their freinds. Everything about this property suited our needs. The layout is fantastic, everyone could spread out and have their own space. Location is great, kids biked around safely, Definitely recommend.

The place is as described, just outside of downtown Invermere. Easily accommodated my family. All the things you would need for cooking and serving dinner are available. There is no yard for pets, although pets are allowed. The deck is beautiful. The hot tub was not working when we were there.

We had an absolutely fantastic weekend at the Smith's place in Invermere. The house is incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, offering first-class accommodations that made our stay truly memorable. The pet-friendly feature was a huge plus for us, and the stunning mountain views added a special touch to our stay. The location is ideal—just a short drive to Copper Point Golf Club and downtown Invermere, making it easy to explore the area. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to create lasting memories in a beautiful, serene setting. We will definitely stay here again!
