Spacious Home with Pool, Spa, Balconies, and Access to Gym and Tennis

Roaches/palmetto bugs in 1st floor bedroom and 2nd second floor bunk rooms and both bathrooms. Tv second floor bedroom outlets don’t work Half of the TVs in the entire house were not working. They tried to fix but were unable to during out stay. Washer 2nd floor did not work and the they tried to fix it. They tried to fix but were unable to during out stay. Little fridge 1st floor did not work which they fixed. Little fridge second floor did not work. They tried to fix but were unable to during out stay. Dish washer in kitchen did not work. They tried to fix it then it leaked on the floor so we stopped using it. Remote for pool was broken Sewage backed up into the house on Thursday which was fixed that day. Missing cover in outside plumbing pipe.

This property was OK. Nothing crazy to write home about. We had to contact the managing company twice. Once to get the pool cleaned because it was obvious that it was not happening routinely. Then another time because the golf cart kept breaking down. Two individuals from my party ended up stranded at Whole Foods and had to Uber home. We were told by pool staff that it was normal and kept happening to other vacationers. It was overall OK. But wouldn’t go back to this house or blue 360 due just feelijg blah about the whole thing.

The home is beautiful and was very clean upon arrival. Check in and check out was an easy process and overall enjoyable experience. We enjoyed being so close to the beach. Please note you may not have more than 4 vehicles at the home. It was also difficult to get in touch with 360 Blue’s emergency after hours contact number. I called them 6 times before getting a response.

Great home - clean, well equipped and tons of space. perfect location, only 5 min walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Destin.

Almost Heaven was Awesome!! We had a party of 4 adults and 4 kids. We all slept super comfortable. They were always super responsive to minor concerns. We loved that we were 3 mins away from the beach...plus being soo close to the Crab Trap! Close (3mins walking) to entries from the beach. The kids Loved the pool area and spent most times there! The kitchen was Fantastic...along with the pantry. Stay here!!! If you're thinking about where to stay...stay here!

The home was not clean, popcorn and drink rings all over the furniture. Gaming system upstairs, tv outside, upstairs tub didn’t work and pool heat doesn’t work. Called 6+ times over our stay and only received 2 return calls that didn’t resolve the problems. Paid for a heated pool and only the spa was heated. Paid way too much to stay here and they only refunded me about 6% of what I paid, well 4% considering I paid to heat a pool that wasn’t heated. It was chilly in Florida that week and the heated pool is why I got this house. My kids sat in the hot tub the whole week because the pool was too cold to swim in, we actually left early because it was the worst family trip we have ever taken. My recommendation is to not rent this property it is entirely too expensive for features that you DO NOT receive and advertised things that do not exist. The management company doesn’t follow through with anything and could care less all 6 times I complained! This was my first and last time renting here! This home totally destroyed our Halloween vacation...

Close to the beautiful beach, restaurants, attractions and a short drive to even more. There were 12 of us counting the baby and everyone had privacy and comfort. I loved that the doors to the pool all had alarms on them to keep the little ones safe. There were more than enough seating for family dinners cooked on the large grill. The 6 person golf cart and 6 bikes were the cherry on top. WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
