It was great. We came to town to attend a 100th birthday party at Compass hotel. We were less than 5 miles away, got to hang out in a house instead of hotel room, got to meet Kevin and his brother dog next door(which is great when we are missing our dogs at home) and great quiet neighborhood and nice little hill to take a walk. Couldn’t imagine anything to make our stay better. We did appreciate the little shampoo bottles etc as I left home with only half my lotions and potions stuff. We will donate what is left to our homeless shelter in town. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

Wonderful place to stay

Great getaway to Medford, especially in the summer with the beautiful pool. Just perfect. The outdoor space was fantastic. Lots of shade an sun spots to relax. We went for a concert at the Brit Pavilion. Only 15 min away.

Lovely home and pool.

Absolutely loved the spacious home for our sister-in-law reunion. The house was immaculate, the kitchen is huge if you want to cook. Great space for doing that. The pool and the outdoor fire pit were just absolutely lovely. That’s where we stayed most of the time! Very easy instructions to access the home.

Checkin was very easy and no issues. The kitchen was very well-stocked and had everything we needed. The overall home met all our needs and was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family loved this house. The pool is perfect and the fire space so relaxing! The home is comfortable and has everything you need to prepare your meals. Shawna is an awesome host. We highly recommend a stay at this vrbo!!!

So clean, spacious and comfy, and we loved the pool, outdoor table and fire pit as well as the gym. 23 minutes from OSF.

My husband and his sister spent many childhood days in the Medford and Jacksonville area. They hadn't been back since their grandparents died in 1984. We visited Medford, Jacksonville, Ashland, Willow Lake and much more. The house was our base camp and it was amazing. Everything was immaculate and comfortable. Loved the outdoor space! Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely rent again.

Great house and pool. Clean and had everything we needed to make meals. Only issue was the property owner contacted us asking about 2 additional adults and wanted more payment because original booking made almost a year earlier had 2 adults and 3 kids. Unfortunately we had an unexpected funeral and 2 additional family joined us. The property advertises as 6-8 which we confirmed in house book (which didn’t mention extra fees). She must have been watching us through her exterior camera which made us feel a little weird. The neighbor kid came through the house after hitting a ball over the fence & our exchange student is tall, so idk if she was counting them, but it wasn’t worth it to me to argue when we just wanted to enjoy our stay & soccer tournament, so we just went ahead and paid the extra person fees. We apologized for any miscommunication and paid more, but still offput since there were still only 4 adults & the way she addressed it felt a bit intrusive

From the minute I booked the house, Shawna was amazing. When I brought up the few things that needed her attention she was right on it, that is a wonderful trait to have in a homeowner that you are renting from. The home is in a very residential area, but quiet and perfect for what we were looking for. Great location for easy access to Medford and Ashland. We didn't get to enjoy any of the outdoor amenities as it wasn't quite warm enough for my girls from Southern California and Las Vegas. I would definitely rent this home again if I find myself needing anything in the Rogue Valley.

Great house in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Pool was beautiful, we visited during March so the pool was cold but the kids did a polar plunge. The host is awesome and was very responsive. House was very clean and well stocked in bathrooms and kitchen.

The house was amazing. The host went above and beyond anything we asked and was so accommodating…..very spacious.Quiet neighborhood couldn’t have asked for a better stay!!!!

The owners thought of everything that we might need, it was super clean and beautiful! We will definitely stay again!

We had a beautiful 3 night Ladies weekend at this RoxyAnn home! The home was the perfect size for 5 of us - two didn't mind sharing a queen size bed (if they got the master bath to themselves). The location was in a well cared for, peaceful neighborhood, a comfortable drive to Ashland, with amazing scenery along the way. We enjoyed the sound of the pool water-feature, even though it wasn't warm enough to enjoy swimming. Indoor and outdoor, everything has been well thought-out for comfort and entertainment. The location is wonderful. Everything is so beautiful. The home owner was extremely helpful and kind. This home was the perfect home for my families needs.

Beautiful property. Very clean and well appointed. Lots of appliances, cookware, and dishes. Beautiful outdoor living area. Atmosphere was very restful and serene.

Great place to stay especially if you have a family,lots of room and the heated pool was a hit with everyone.

The house was clean and worked perfectly for our family vacation. The pool was a big hit and the outdoor games. Host was very responsive and helpful. We will stay again when in Medford.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Rooms were large and comfortable. Had everything we needed and more. The pool and backyard were absolutely lovely. Downside is the internet and phone service. Not great but doable.
