Serenity-Themed, Fastest WiFi, 2 King Beds Home

This house was perfect for oyr weekend getaway. Even saw a few deer walking arpund the greenspace out back.

It felt like home. Located near where we used to live, we were close to friends and many conveniences we were familiar with. It was perfect. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. David was a perfect host quickly responding to answer questions and providing helpful information. Would definite stay here again.

The condo was immaculate. It was very nicely equipped. We really enjoyed that. There were two king master suites plus a powder room on the lower level. The residence was conveniently located. We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful wine country. Our host was very responsive thank you Dave

I chose this home as a weekend get away for my birthday. It was an awesome stay to say the least! Home was gorgeous and the area was simply stunning. Beautiful new neighborhood and the stay felt as cozy as my own home. Will def stay again when in the area!

Very nice! Everything was clean and neat. And the hosts responded quickly when we had a question. And nice to have very few chores to do be for checking out as some places you have to spend hours on even when paying the fees. Everything was so nice and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Husband and I came out to visit some friends, we looked at varios hotels but were not happy with our findings. We stumbled on David's properties on VRBO and loved the pictures. Well the pictures do not do the property justice. The home is welcoming, beautifully decorated, and extra clean. The view from the master balcony is breathtaking. All home amenities were top notch and communication with David was extraordinary. We enjoyed our time, were able to relax and rest. We will definitely be back!

It's comfortable and clean, and easy to get to the freeway. My family stayed here while visiting family in Central Point, it worked well for us.

This property was Fantastic! Super clean, and well maintained. My wife and I had to come to Medford for her dads funeral service. we originally booked a hotel but after really looking at the reviews we cancelled. we started looking on VRBO and we came across this rental it looked great in the photos so we took a chance and booked it. We were so impressed with the thought that went into this home. Kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances that you need to cook any meal that you would want. Bathrooms were clean and well kept. The area was quite, and well kept. No Noisy, or Disrespectful neighbors, it was very peaceful. And it was not much more that the hotel that we had booked before. WELL Worth the extra $100 dollars we paid. we saved that much on being able to cook some of our meals there. David was great to work with, a total professional! we will rent from him the next time we visit Medford
