Spacious home with Hot Tub, bikes, fire pit, pool table and more!!

Home was perfect for our family vacation. It was close enough to the monuments, trails and caves we wanted to visit, but also located in a beautiful and quiet subdivision so we could just be a family. The basement area was awesome with the game area. Hot tub was clean and warm and used every night! It was colder than we anticipated so we only used sidee by side for a short ride but it ran great. Chuck was great and checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was working and if we had any questions. We definitely will be back!

We had 3 generations for a long Easter weekend. The weather was a little too chilly to make use of the outdoor equipment & deck area, which was disappointing, but the hot tub was a big hit! The temperature was perfect and really held the heat.The house was the perfect place for our group -- very, clean, great kitchen for making meals, lots of activities provided, and lots of space so that everyone could spread out.Our hosts were very welcoming and checked in with us to see that everything was okay. Our hope is that we'll be staying here again!

What a great home - worked splendidly for our needs!

This was a great home for an extended family get away. Plenty of comfortable beds, lots of great extras (hot tube, bikes, etc) and a wonderful location. We are a family of cooks and spent Thanksgiving week here. There was not once that we needed some kind of cooking utensil that wasn't available. There were plenty of pots & pans, dishes, silverware and even spices and a crockpot. It was like cooking in our own homes.Chuck was a great host. He stopped by to walk us through the house and using the hot tub. It was very useful to get the run down on the home.We cannot recommend this home enough!

Very relaxing and peaceful stay. Our favorite was the hot tub with the nice view. Kitchen had all the utensils needed for meals. Relaxing by the fireplace was nice. Our family enjoyed a bonfire outside, all the stars was incredible. Would absolutely stay again.

The house was great for our Black Hills vacation! After long days of sight seeing, the house provided just what we needed to relax, spend time with family, enjoy the game area & hot tub, get a great nights rest, and prepare for the next day. Chuck was a great host!

The only thing that we would have liked was instructions on how to operate dish washer. We figured it out after numerous tries.

Property is very nice...big families would find this property ideal. Favorite things...huge Kitchen and beautiful deck where I grilled and great view. Trails and downtown are close. Chuck is a great host who gave us great trail ideas and knows the BlackHills, we will come back.

This property was the nicest VRBO I have ever stayed at. It was just as pictured. Very nicely setup and furnished with everything you could need. Beautiful view and very clean.

The house is beautiful and has a perfect location for sightseeing in South Dakota. It’s the perfect house for a large family or two couples with children. Nice amenities and there is a great walking trail in the neighborhood. My family was in Hill City for a wedding and it was very close to the wedding venue.

The home was perfect for our stay! It was very clean and lined up with everything we had hoped for! The host Chuck was very friendly and answered any questions that came up! We would definitely stay here again and hope to when we come back next year!

Very nice stay. Large kitchen & counter work area. Two fridges & two sets of washer & dryers. The garage was open to us. We parked 5 motorcycles inside. Good quite location.

We had a relaxing five days with our family staying in this home. It is close enough that our adult children could walk into Hill City every day to the coffee shop and our grandchildren loved just spending time at the house hanging out and watching for deer. Chuck is the perfect host, so much so that this was the third time we have booked his homes, and we have already booked for next year!

Great place to stay if you have a big family the two washer and dryers are awesome.

Was a great stay. We had all the family together to celebrate our 50th anniversary and daughter & son -in-law’s 25th . House had plenty enough room for everyone to spread out !

Perfect location for exploring all the areas around Custer State Park. The house is located in a very nice area with the bike trail right there. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the cleanest rental property we have stayed in for our family holiday. It was prefect in almost every way. The bedrooms were spacious , it was and looked as advertised. It was so awesome our daughter in law is recommending Chuck’s house to her sisters families. We would most definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and the amenities we amazing

The house was very good size and for our group of 9 there was plenty of space of everyone. It was very clean and we took advantage of the pool and foos ball tables, as well as the hot tub. A couple of nice perks were the extra refrigerator in the garage, and the side-by-side that we took into the neighborhood with our granddaughter. We were the only house on the hill so we did not have traffic going by us at all. Also, there was plenty of laundry and dish soap, plus 2 washers and dryers. Realistically, you could walk to downtown Hill City if you so desired. An overall fun time.

We stayed five days with my family who have never been to the Black Hills. The home is near a majority of the sights a person would like to see. The house was awesome! The two decks, grill, hot tub, and lots of space to move around. It was so peaceful at night. The deer would walk right up to the house. It was a great for all of us.

Great stay! Property was beautiful and located conveniently in the heart of the Black Hills. We saw deer and elk each day, The hot tub, side by side, pool table were enjoyed by all! Thank you for a great experience.

A great place to stay highly recommend this place. Chuck, was great and on top of things, was to stay 4 nights but after 2 nights had sewer problems, Chuck was right there to the rescue. He was unable to get a plumber there that day. When we were out and about for the day chuck,arranged another place for use to stay. Would highly recommend this place. Would plane on staying here again when back in area

Excellent is about the owner, home, and stay!

The house is in a prime location for seeing all of the attractions. We had deer strolling by morning and night. Floyd was fantastic to work with.

We could not have been happier! Great communication, the house was immaculate, the owner greeted us (nice man), the location was perfect. The house was supplied with everything we needed plus more. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. The view was beautiful. We saw deer every day. We just cannot put into words how perfect everything was. We would love to come back someday.

This was our 2nd stay at this home. Perfect location, beautiful home, clean as a pin with EVERYTHING we could need. Lots of room for each of us to have our own space when needed and perfect for gathering us all together. Chuck is top notch and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is fabulous!

The house was amazing. It was better than advertised and perfect for our family of 11. Floyd was amazing to work with and extremely responsive. Hill City is, in my opinion, the perfect place to stay if you are planning to take in all of the landmarks the Black Hills has to offer. I would stay At this property again in a heartbeat.

This home is perfectly set up for a family. The location is ideal. Even though it is just up the hill from Hill City, it is quiet and private. We also appreciated the owner’s attentiveness in personally meeting us at the house when we checked in and making sure we had everything we needed.
