Spacious home with heated pool in South Venice. 8 min to the beach!

Host was wonderful with any questions I had with immediate response.

Everythig was perfect. Quiet, safe, neighborhood. The pool was great. Heated perfectly. Location close to shopping and beaches. We would definitely return.

This house was a 10/10!! Great property, great location and great neighborhood. My kids loved riding bikes while my husband and I went for runs. The house had everything we needed and the pool was lovely. We will definitely stay here again! Elena is a great host as well!

OMG, this home is spectacular!! The layout, the pool, the decor, all the goodies to use at the beach or riding bikes in the neighborhood... Honestly, there wasn't ANYTHING that we needed to use that we didn't find somewhere in the house! Even the knives were sharp!! LOL... need a pen or pencil? there's some on the table. Towels? look in the closets! Want a floaty for the pool, look in the garage! Seriously, we wanted for NOTHING. We were able to find and go to three different restaurants and visited three different beaches!! My husband was able to Jet ski every day!! He was in Heaven! We saw some lovely sunsets and a great drum circle... ALL withing 10 minutes of the house!! OH and the beautiful Venice Pier was awesome too... I have never seen so many STARS! PS: the fact that we could bring our elderly dog, was the BEST too. She is almost 14 years old and doesn't do well when we are away so it was magical to bring her with us!! She did have to figure out what sliding glass door were, tho!! She's never seen them before!! Our Host, Helena was wonderful too... she responded to my messages and questions within hours and could not have been any nicer!We had such a great time, we are already to set up our NEXT visit!! THANK YOU for a wonderful week in Paradise!!

Friendly neighborhood, well maintained property, very nice pool. Included pool toys, floats, text…. Three bikes … beach stuff

My husband and I spent two weeks at this wonderful home. I loved listening to audio books while walking the neighborhood each day while he chose to lounge by the pool with a hardback. The house is well stocked with everything you will ever need, or think you might. The location is convenient to everything: beaches, parks, restaurants, Publix, shopping, ice cream and more. Elena is quick to answer messages and very accommodating, this rental is a gem!

I would return for sure says it all. The home is perfect with lots of space and all the kitchen items you would need.There is every store close by including shopping, groceries, fuel and restaurants which is very convenient.There are endless sightseeing, parks and outdoor adventures to be had in the area. And we took in as much as we could. The main street of Venice is not to be missed during the day or at night when it’s all lit up. It is beautiful.Hope to come back to see more. We had a great time! This property is very comfortable and is exactly as promised. Check in was super easy and Elena contacted us early to let us know we could get in early. She checked in after we got there to make sure everything was good. It was great having the screened in pool area. It was set up well for our dog as well. There were quite a few extra things that other places don’t provide - they were really appreciated! Would definitely stay here again.

Property is even better in person. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need, beds were extremely comfortable, location close to everything, and the lanai/pool area was perfect for those hot days! Host was communicative and responsive to any questions. We enjoyed our holiday week with family grilling out and relaxing. Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

On the date of our arrival, we were notified by Elena, our hostess, that we could check in a few hours early. When we arrived, we found a spotless house. From the garage to the pool, everything was clean. The house is equipped with everything you will need. Bicycles, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, even pickleball paddles. The washer and dryer were also appreciated. The house is located just minutes away from several beaches. We visited 8 beaches during our stay. Several stores and restaurants are also only minutes away. Elena was a great hostess and responded almost immediately to our questions. She was very pleasant and informative. We will definitely stay again during our next trip to Venice!

I love this property so much! It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood close to everything that Venice has to offer. The house is super clean and stocked with everything that you need. I appreciate that this special house is pet friendly and has a fenced in back yard. The pool and patio is my favorite and the outdoor shower is a nice touch. It's the only place I want to stay when I come to Venice every year. Elena made sure that the check in and out process was super easy. Her communication and pleasant vibe made it a pleasure to do business with.
