Spacious Home w/ Fire Pit and Central AC!

Everything was in good or perfect shape, the amenities were very generous, and the house was comfortable and warm.

We loved this property. It was extremely clean and had everything (and I mean everything) you needed. We chose a weekend with a festival one day and then an unexpected nor’easter the next. The kids were so excited to hang around the house, cook, play games etc. I highly recommend this house. It was thoughtfully equipped and more than comfortable.

No major negatives. House was clean, dining room and living room/breezeway were sunny and lovely. Front room with carpeting and leather couch/chairs was a little dark and musty. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. We did see some ants in the mornings in and around the sink. Bathrooms were clean and comfortable, same with bedrooms. Enjoyed the bbq grill and fire pit! Great location.

It was the first time the pictures did not do a property justice. We were blown away with the location, cleanliness, warm home feeling from the second we walked in. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil and spices you could need. The bathrooms were spotless. The amount of space throughout the interior was perfect. This is absolutely somewhere we will return to. Our 6 year old fell in love with this house as much as he did the cape. Thank you so much for the experience!

Lots of sunlight through the skylights. Very spacious for 3 adults. Eastham is a perfect area to stay at on the Cape offering elbow space to relax and close to attractions in Orleans, P Town, etc.

Great place that’s relatively easy to find. Trying to find the correct door to enter through is a bit confusing when you first arrive, but after that everything was great. The bed frames could use some attention, you move so much as a big toe and the entire bed moves. Perhaps some screws to be tightened. Otherwise lovely property.

We did it all ! Beaches, fire pit, grilling, chilling, family fun!! Very awesome space!

Our group consisted of a 67-year-old woman and her 2 kids and significant others, all in their mid-30s. The house was very clean and much roomier than we expected. The street is a cul-de-sac on the Eastham/Wellfleet border, a perfect location for us. We loved it!

Lovely home!! We came here for a few days in early June, so we had low expectations in terms of being able to get the full Cape Cod experience. That being said, some of our favorite restaurants and shops were not yet open for the season so we ended up spending more time in the house than we anticipated. I also worked remotely there and didn't have any issues with the WiFi. For 2 adults and 1 dog, there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved how well-lit the house was from all of the windows and skylights. The cassette player was such a nice and nostalgic touch!! After driving for 6h to get there is was frustrating to not be able to find the door with the smart lock on it (intuitively we assumed it would be the door with the house number next to it, and when you pull into the driveway the actual front door is hidden behind a large bush), but it was quickly resolved while we were on the phone with Del Mar customer service. Though there is a Roku TV in the living room, it was unfortunately not working during our stay because it would not connect to the internet. A lovely space with lovely neighbors we met while walking the dog, would love the opportunity to stay here again sometime!

We had a great time overall. The house was immaculate and nicer than even in listing pics. The location was great as it was a dead end and off the main strip but still very private and quiet. It is right by the Wellfleet drive in but noise is not an issue. We like this area as we can go to ptown no problem or Main Street Wellfleet as well. No beaches are walkable but that didn’t matter to us. House kept nice and cool. Check in was easy and there was constant communication prior to our arrival even with an early check in text alert where we could check in a couple of hours before our expected. Had a nice time.
