--No smoking, no vaping, no chewing tobacco or use of at marijuana on the property. Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages

--Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8pm
--Please do not rearrange the furniture
--Please make sure all doors to the property are locked when you’re not occupying the home and upon your checkout

We booked this house for three days to attend a wedding in McKinney, Texas. The house is huge and easily accommodated five couples, providing plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware, making meal preparation a breeze. The living room, sitting area, and loft all feature comfortable recliners—perfect for relaxing after a long day.The master bedroom was especially impressive, with a very comfortable bed, quality linens and pillows, and a large bathroom with both a shower and a spacious tub. We had plenty of towels and toiletries throughout our stay. The other couples also enjoyed their bedrooms and found the linens comfortable.I would 100% recommend this house for your group of friends or family. If you stay here, I also suggest bringing your Texas fishing license and some light tackle—the community pond is within walking distance and great for fishing. The pond is also home to a variety of beautiful ducks that will eat right from your hand.Lastly, Charles was a fantastic host, making sure we had everything we needed from check-in to check-out via VRBO chat. Highly recommended!

I came to Texas with my friends for a soccer tournament. We travel a lot and have stayed in multiple rentals. This was a clean and beautiful home. Charlie was local and very responsive with any questions or concerns we had. An excellent, patient and generous host. It is hard to accomodate a large group and we were very pleased. Would definitely come back on my next trip.

We absolutely LOVED this property! The host was super responsive and available for any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Pictured don’t do it justice! Three LARGE living areas! He also provided cots and rollaway beds in case you don’t want to share a bed or use the couch. The grill was clean and ready to be used. We had everything we needed to cook team meals. We were also able to use the washer and dryer to clean uniforms! We will be bookings again anytime we have tournaments in the area! Thanks again Charles!

This a very spacious, well equipped home, in a really nice neighborhood. I would highly recommend this home to someone looking for a place with la arge family and kids. The host was also very accommodating and responsive. It is also located close to several stores,shopping, and eating places.
