Listen to Eagle Creek babble as it winds through the property. Spend your days exploring and nights cozying up to one of the three gas fireplaces or soaking in the primarybathroom's jetted tub. The wraparound deck offers stunning mountain views and is the perfect spot for an afternoon barbecue or night star gazing. Visit Neu Flessenow Cellars, 1 mile down the road, to enjoy an afternoon on the patio overlooking the vineyard. Eagle Creek Ranch is just three miles up the road and provides guided horseback rides along the trails of the Eagle Creek area and Wenatchee National Forest. The Bavarian-inspired town of Leavenworth boasts year-round festivals, wine-tasting, breweries, boutiques, dining, spa services, and several white water rafting guides. Come snowfall, enjoy Leavenworth's Ski Hill, or the many local Nordic trails. Stevens Pass Mountain Resort and Mission Ridge are only 40 miles away in each direction.

Gather in the family room for a movie night (an extensive DVD collection is provided) or play darts and shuffleboard in the game room.

Things to Know
Due to local vacation rental codes, there is a strict maximum of 8 people, including children and babies, for this rental. House Rules: No smoking of any kind allowed, anywhere on property. No parties are allowed, and no noise after 10 pm. No fireworks, sparklers, firecrackers, etc., anywhere on property. These rules must be strictly adhered to or guests will face eviction without refund. Cell phone service limited; Wi-fi calling and a landline phone provided. Note: Because this home is in a rural area, there are chickens and a couple dogs that roam freely in the neighborhood. These dogs are very friendly and love to be petted.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: Camera located in the locked off office next near front door of main house (office is not available to guests) and points only out the window to porch and driveway.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
