This is our primary home that we offer while we travel. You will see our pictures, some food in the freezer and fridge (leaving guests plenty of space!), and we use the clean, comfortable, imperfect towels and linens for paying guests that we do for ourselves, our friends, and family. It is not fancy, it is homey. We do not provide toiletries.
Spacious, comfortable, dog-friendly home on a safe and quiet loop, surrounded by friendly neighbors. Large fenced in yard with patio.

Stayed May 8, 2026We enjoyed our stay in Columbus for our granddaughter's OSU graduation. The Stadium was within walking distance...bonus. The property owners were prompt in responding to questions, and the property was very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend booking with Shelley & Derek.

Stayed Mar 6, 2026The house was definitely lived in. The bath towels looked like the were from the rag bag. The beds were comfortable. This was the first-time we ever stayed in a house that was a primary residence. I missed that statement in the information about the house. I won't make that mistake again. The owners were responsive to questions.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025The house is big with four private bedrooms upstairs, comfortable beds, and clean. We had everything we needed! We were close to the water park and zoo, which was our weekend destination. There was a grocery store a mile away, and upscale shopping 10 minutes away. Most importantly, this property is pet friendly.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025What sets this home apart from others is that it is not owned by a corporation so there are a lot of personal touches thorough out the house. Check in and out was easy and the house was very clean and comfortable. The screened in porch was an added bonus. Two families totaling 9 adults shared the home and there was plenty of beds, bathrooms, space and parking. The location is convenient. The immediate neighborhood is nice and quiet. All of our communication with Derek and Shelley was electronic and they were quick to respond. As we had zero issues with the house, our communications were limited to check in and check out. We would stay again.
