Spacious Home and a Golfer's Dream with Pool

The house was beautiful, plenty of space for our family. It was cold and windy but we enjoyed having the heated pool and hot tub! A great time was had by all. Thank you!

Wonderful home with all the amenities we enjoyed even “off season”. Just right to keep the teens busy and a short walk to the beach and great local area of Jacksonville and Atlantic beach. Really appreciated the little things like tinfoil , ziplock baggies and extra garbage bags in the kitchen. Very hospitable spot!

We loved this house. Five college friends of 50 years got together for 3 days and enjoyed Jacksonville Beach. This home is equipped beyond our expectations and the host was extremely accommodating and responsive when we had a question. We would stay there again and one person in our party is considering booking for a future date. Love the casita!

Everything was very smooth. Any questions I had, the host answered immediately. Home was in a nice neighborhood. It was very clean.It was a perfect place for our family to gather.

The 17th Hole was a GREAT stay for my friends and me! I’m pretty picky about where I stay, and this place met all my expectations—and more. It was super clean, spacious, and had so many fun amenities: a heated pool, hot tub, fire pits, and of course, the guys loved the putting greens. The neighborhood felt nice and safe, and the location was perfect—close to everything we needed! When we head back to the area, this will definitely be the spot we book again. Highly recommend for anyone, especially larger groups! Bonus points for their customer service—we were halfway home (a five-hour drive!) when my friend realized she’d left her jacket in the closet. I emailed the hosts, and they responded immediately and mailed it back to us. Such a thoughtful touch! Thank you again for a wonderful stay—we’ll definitely be back!

Great place in an awesome location.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything we wanted and needed. The house was so comfortable, well stocked with supplies, dishes, cookware, etc.!! The outside area was wonderful. So fun for all the family. We loved the pool, the putting greens and lounge area! We had a couple issues and they were addressed immediately! Highly recommend!!

This was by far one of the best places I have ever stayed. It was exactly as listed. The location was perfect. It was close to the beach and many stores and restaurants. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We felt extremely safe. The amenities were so fun! There was so much to do, we were never bored. The beds were also so comfortable! We all said it was some of the best sleep we have gotten in a long time. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of bath/pool towels. Everything was truly wonderful. We just left today but are already talking about planning a trip back to Jacksonville to rebook this place!

The kids enjoyed the pool, putt,putt and ping pong. This house was the most well stocked of any that we have ever stayed at from the kitchen to the fact that there were beach towels and chairs to take to the beach and an umbrella, a wagon, and we didn’t have to drag those things with us in our cars. We did rent a golf cart since we were eight blocks from the beach and that was helpful. The kids enjoyed making s’mores one night over the fire pit and we grilled hamburgers on the gas grill. The house was very clean and nice and there was plenty to do! The yard was amazing with the pool and golf and fire pit. We loved the pool house as well. We had a great week!

We loved this property! It was clean, spacious, and entertaining for everyone! The location is phenomenal! Communication with the host was superb! We will definitely visit here again! We frequent Jacksonville due to having family here and have struggled to find the perfect location to stay but no more! If this piece of heaven is not available then I will not be visiting!

The house was great, backyard 10/10. Great for families with kids or just all adults. House and yard was very clean as well!

The house was perfect for my group. It was very clean, the pictures were accurate and the management company was very easy to work with.

Went for an after Christmas trip with family. House was more than what we had expected. House was equipped with everything that you would need except the food. Had a small incident with one of the doors but management addressed the situation in an expedited manner. The only downside that we could see was the parking situation. We had three vehicles and basically had to touch each car to fit within the small driveway. No big deal but wish it were a little bigger. The pool was awesome. Heater for the pool was turned on at our request and the pool was used a lot. Hot tub used just as much. Great place to stay.

The house was great for our family’s Thanksgiving vacation! with a convenient location and fabulous outdoor spaces. The hosts were very responsive to questions, and the check in/out process was easy.

Great location and plenty of recreation onsite. Clean and TV's everywhere. Property Management fast and helpful.

Newly renovated with a great location close to the town and beach. Only thing I would change would be more parking available for 12 guests

We had a great time at this rental. The backyard with the mini golf, pool and hot tub was so much fun and was great to entertain the whole family! Close to tons of good restaurants and close to the beach. Any questions we had about the house or anything else, the property management team was extremely quick to respond and extremely friendly. Definitely recommend!
