When you enter the home, the first room to your right is the spacious living room. You'll love the massive gray sectional surrounding the sizeable SmartTV just above the unique fireplace. Access to all your favorite streaming apps makes this room the perfect cozy place for a movie night.



KITCHEN & DINING

Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped farmhouse kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to cover all the cleaning up.



Gather everyone into the modern dining room for dinner with a table set for ten and a highchair available for the little ones. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch looking out at the city views.

LaSalle Park is integral to the three-neighborhood Old Frenchtown area - Lasalle Park, Lafayette Square, and Soulard - bordering downtown St. Louis's southerner edge and offering easy access to major interstates and other major thoroughfares. Its architecture includes French-style red brick rowhouses and Federalist and Victorian houses.
