Spacious Group Home with Arcade

This house was amazing—affordable, comfortable, and conveniently located with easy access to campus. It was very well equipped and had plenty of space. Although it’s listed as sleeping 14, there are several bonus rooms where an air mattress could easily fit if needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the host was responsive and helpful with any questions.The kitchen had everything we needed, the game room was super fun, and there were plenty of board games to choose from. The street was quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great space for big groups

The house was perfect for our needs. We had 6 guys and we had plenty of space. We were in town for a college football game. Had dinner at the Black Dog; short 15 min walk away. Breakfast at Perkins; 12 minute walk. And took an Uber to and from the stadium. It was convenient for our weekend in Champaign.

Had a wonderful stay! Close to everything. Would highly recommend!

We were in town for a baseball tournament. Had two families (5 people, 3 people). The basement was perfect for one family and the upstairs was perfect for the larger family. The property was clean. Good communication with the owner. Everything we needed was there including garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap etc. We had a great stay. The beds were super comfortable too!

We were in town for a family wedding. There were 12 of us, 16-77 years in age. There was plenty of room for everyone. Having 3 bathrooms to get ready in was great! The house was clean and inviting. We didn't have a lot of downtime over our stay, but I could see that the host provided games and such if you did. My only critique would be that there could be more mirrors. The only place to use a mirror was in a bathroom. So maybe an extra mirror on at least one of the interior bedroom closet doors on each bedroom level would have been helpful for our group. I did notice a pack-n-play in the bedroom I was in, very helpful for someone with littles. Also, some salt and peper in the kitchen would have been nice.

My friends and I needed a place to stay for a wedding downtown and this was the perfect place! We loved having a full bath on each of the 3 floors and appreciated how quiet and residential the area was. It was a 5-10 minute drive to everything we needed. We were able to get groceries nearby, walk to restaurants, and felt very safe. Finding parking was a breeze. The house itself was perfect for our needs. One thing to note is one of the bedrooms is located at the back of the top floor landing (vs. a private room with a door) but that didn't matter to us nor affect our stay at all. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Great location, close to campus! Plenty of room!

Stayed with some friends for the weekend. Place perfectly served its purpose. Lots of bedrooms which was great, and everyone was generally happy with the accommodations!

Very clean house in a terrific location (both campus and downtown Champaign were easily walkable). House is very spacious—we had two families, 9 people total, including 5 kids, and had plenty of room. Awesome stay!
