Spacious & Fun Arcade House, Sleeps 14, Central Location, Fenced Backyard

We were there for a sad occasion. But coming back to the house helped take our minds off things. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you so much

Kirk was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. The home was beautifully stocked with very sweet and considerate touches. It was perfect for our needs. The kids absolutely loved the arcade area and it was nice to have it downstairs. You couldn't hear it upstairs when they were playing and I know they enjoyed having their own space. My daughter loved the design of the rooms. She is now begging me to let her paint her wall with a mural. There was plenty of closet space and lots of blankets. I really like having extra blankets so that was a favorite of mine. The towels were also very nice and fluffy. The kitchen was particularly well stocked with appliances, pans, hot water kettle, and coffee maker to name a few. I really can't think of anything that I wish we had which is saying something. Very pleased. Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed over Thanksgiving and I was able to cook a dish to take to my family holiday dinner. The kitchen is extremely large and well organized. The fenced backyard is very nice for our little dog. I also noticed that a Keurig coffee maker has been added since our last stay which complements the drip coffee maker.

Kirk was a great host. The house was exactly as pictured and accommodated our group of 11 for Preseason Nationals held at HyVee Hall. The house was clean, smelled great w/ more than enough of the extras that many houses don’t offer like the right amount of towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc..We are appreciative to Kirk for hosting us and would 10/10 recommend to any group to use as a space with their next trip to the area.

Great home for our multigenerational family. The grandkids loved the basement with the games. The house was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. The host was quick to take care of a small problem we encountered.

Check in was easy. Kitchen was nice and easy to cook in.

This home was perfect for our family get together. It rained a couple days so we were comfortable just hanging out watching movies and visiting. is beautifully put together, and the kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor area is also very spacious with plenty of parking.

We came with a large group from MN looking for a place we could all be under one roof. Nailed it! The house fit us all very comfortably. The kitchen was fabulously stocked with all the gadgets so making meals was so easy. 100% would book again next year when we come back down!

Took a family trip to surprise my nephew who is in the Marines and happened to be in the area for some training. This house accommodated a group of 10 of us no problem. The owners were very friendly and made the whole process very easy.

The home was beautiful throughout, the game room downstairs is fun. Lots of games in the closet, and a nice fenced in backyard!

We stayed for a girls weekend and it was great to be located close to lots of places. We also enjoyed our time just hanging out at the house and catching up!
