Spacious Florida Family Getaway with Heated Pool

Great communication from the host, Kristine, throughout our stay. Easiest check-in process. Great space for a big family, big dining room, 2 living rooms, 4 full bedrooms! A rare find! Washer/dryer was great! Many amenities in the kitchen! Shuffleboard table was a fun twist! Close to stores- shopping, but still in a quiet neighborhood!

I selected this home because it was close to my daughter and family. It turned out to be a great location and perfect for us. The house is large and well laid out. The screened in pool and patio were amazing and was the highlight for my granddaughter. Kristine was very understanding when I had a little trouble getting in the first time. She lives nearby and came right over to make sure that I did get in using the garage code. The location is super convenient - only about 15- 20 minutes to the beach & 5 minutes to the grocery. Place was very clean and the furniture. comfortable. TVs in all the bedrooms and lots of games for all ages. I would definitely go back and invite more of my family to join us next time.

This property was perfect for my family and I. My brothers and sister-in-law’s are very competitive and we sure did enjoy the small shuffleboard game near the pool. The bedrooms are on the end of the house with the living space in the center, which gave us plenty of separation. and privacy when needed. We would love to do it again next year.

Stay was great, easy check in, and plenty of room for 2 families with kids. House is split nicely with 2 rooms for kids on one side and 2 rooms for adults on other side. Pool was clean and refreshing. Loved the shuffleboard outside. About 20-25 min drive to Tampa city, all beaches, or Saint Petersburg. Recommend having a car to get around. Overall, had everything we needed and would recommend to others.

Perfect house, perfect location, quiet neighborhood, check in/check out was simple. Host was wonderful and very responsive. We had everything we needed for our relaxing couples getaway. Will be returning in the future!

Very pleasant stay in quiet neighborhood. Location not too far from local stores.

We had a group of 9 with 2 families. Kids ranging from 9-17. There was plenty of space to be together but also have some privacy. There are 2 bedrooms on each side of the house so each family had their own half of the house basically. The home was clean and homey. The kitchen had about every appliance you could possibly need. Pool was perfect with lots of toys and floats for the kids. Plenty of shade in the pool area to beat the Florida heat. Shuffle board was a hit. Host responded very quickly any time we had questions. The neighborhood was nice and was a great central location for all the activities we planned. Highly recommend using Tampa city pass for activities. Jeremiah’s was a hit for ice cream/Italian ice. Congo river putt putt was a little pricey but worth it. Highly recommend this house for sure.
