Spacious Family Retreat: Walk to Beach, Restaurants, ViBe, The Dome & Surf Park!

We loved our stay, great location , plenty of things for the kids to do and even the adults. More than enough space for everyone. Would definitely book again in the future.

Very family friendly house and appreciated all the games to keep the kids occupied. Everything was very clean. Only negative was we had to walk through a bedroom to get to the other bedroom.

My family was here for my son's wedding. Although we did not have children with us, it is a very family friendly home. We appreciated all the TVs for Sunday football. There were ten adults, and at no time did we feel cramped. There was plenty of space to spread out, if desired. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I cannot say enough about our host. Brandon was very accommodating and even brought us a new Keurig within an hour of calling him on our first day. I would recommend the Emmerson House without reservation.

Great house for our family group. Numerous games, both indoor and outdoor to entertain everyone and a TV in almost every room. Walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, shops and great coffee. Short drive to many great attractions. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

This is a wonderful house, with plenty of room, lots of amenities, and located very close to the beach! We had a great time there and are already planning our return trip for next year.

My family and I had the most enjoyable, unforgettable experience staying in Emerson’s Cottage. The house itself wa. extraordinary: clean, beautifully decorated, with plenty of entertainment and amenities you could wish for. We had great communication with the owner for any questions or issues we had, they were help in fixing it immediately. Highly recommended this place in the future.

The whole property was great but the proximity to the ocean, having beach wagons available, and having a yard for the kids to run around was great. Brandon was very responsive and helpful.

We had an amazing stay with family members gathering from north, south, east and west. Brandon was responsive to every question and need. The amenities were top notch.

This was the perfect place for a multiple day trip. I personally appreciated that there was a charcoal and propane grill but everyone else in my group had other things they preferred (pool table, outside sitting area, outside garden)

House had many things to make a family vacation enjoyable even on bad weather days. Tv in every bedroom board arcade and lawn games and pool and ping pong. Having the bikes was great as well.had a great time

Our family of 12 had a great time with all the comforts of home. Great communication with the owner, beautiful home with everything needed for our stay, safe and quiet neighborhood with a quick walk to beach, stores and shops.

Owner was very responsive and the place was super clean. Had everything you’d need for the beach already stocked!

We stayed for the NHSCA National Duals Wrestling. Great location for all! Fun games, close to Boardwalk and Beach and Sports Complex!
