Spacious Family Home with Indoor Hot Tub & Playset

Huge space so we weren't on to of each other

Nice big space.

Place was nice and clean, beds were very comfortable. Had an issue with door code, however james did take care of it right away. Only real complaint is there was no toilet paper to be found anywhere minus what was on the roll.

This home was perfect for our family get-together. We are 3 families traveling to Sioux Falls, the central location for all of us, each coming from 5 - 7 hours away. This home had plenty of space for the 6 adults and 4 kids to spread out and have a great time. The back yard is fabulous with a great rainbow playset that the kids loved! Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were all very comfortable. We will definitely be booking next year's trip here too!

Fabulous home! It was perfect for what we needed! Clean, spacious and comfortable beds! One suggestion: ziplock bags, aluminum foil, plastic wrap would be nice to throw leftovers into to take home! Thank you!

This was a perfect place to rest at night. From a perfect locale, to the most comfortable beds to a well outfitted kitchen and even touches of decor for the holidays, this is a beautiful place you would be happy you booked. Our group (swim fans visiting SF for a large college invite at Midco) would definitely make this a place we would return to.

We loved this home! It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-maintained. They have an abundance of seating areas and a table large enough to accommodate our group.

Home was clean. Host comminication left room for improvement. Could be a vrbo website problem. The house was large and accomodated the brothers and wives reunion. Bedrooms were large, comfortable, and welcoming.

The house was good for our family of 6 adults staying there with an additional 4 visiting. The layout was good, large table was nice, and beds were comfortable. However, the house needs a good cleaning, windows and the grill outside included. Also needs some maintenance; shower door and towel hooks to name a couple. We were surprised that there were no instructions for the TV's and didn't seem to be any local tv stations available. Seems like you should at least have an antenna for the local stations since it's not usable if you don't have a service of your own that you can log onto. We didn't use the Hot Tub so not sure about that. The kitchen is furnished with the basic minimum and even the cabinets could use a good cleaning, inside and out.

Great place to stay if you have a large family! Loved Falls Park and the apple orchard in Harrisburg!

Overall nice place to stay with family. Little mixed up door code at check in but responded quickly.

The house was as advertised with four good sized bedrooms - 2 king, 2 Queen. The check in was super easy - the owner allowed us to check in almost four hours early, which we really appreciated!There was a full size kitchen, which we used for several meals. There was a large dining room table for enjoying meals as well. This property was centrally located, a short 12 - 15 minutes (2.8 mi) from Falls Park. We would certainly stay here again if in the area

The house was AMAZING!!! It was clean very well stocked with toilet paper, towels, kitchen stuff. The hot tub was Great we enjoyed it very much. The beds were very comfortable. We were sad that we had to leave. If it’s available in 2 years we might be back. Thank you for letting us stay there!!!! Kathy.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sioux Falls. The house was great! The 4 bedrooms were perfect for the 6 people in our group. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could need and more! We loved the big kitchen table and the hot tub. Walking distance to coffee shops and other stores.Owner was very responsive when we needed him.

We come every year to Sioux Falls for an adult getaway usually stay in hotels. We tried this this year and will definitely do this house again plenty of space to socialize and the kitchen table was nice for all of us to sit and talk. Since I never used VRBO I emailed the host quite a few questions and he responded quickly and was very helpful. So recommend this

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was in quiet neighborhood and we had plenty of space. Close to many restaurants and shopping. We spent the evening gathered arund your beautiful table playing cards, snacking and cisiting. Thank you.

Really enjoyed our stay in your home! In town for our son's soccer tournament for an extended weekend your place was just minutes away from the field! Very clean and nicely decorated with a lot of room for everyone so really made it feel like home. Owner was very responsive and answered all our questions. We loved the house and the big back yard, it was perfect for our stay. James was very accommodating and easy to work with, he answered all of our questions quickly.

We had a ton of fun staying at this super comfy and quiet getaway. It was located in the middle of town and close to everything!

Great home and location for us. We were in town for a softball tournament and this home was a perfect location for the multiple parks we played at. Also a great spot between the 2 colleges for our girls to check out.

We rented this house for my siblings to get togetherfrom 3 statew.

What a great place. Checked off everything that we were looking for in a place to stay. Large rooms to gather in and enjoy spending time together. If it wasn’t our sons last season playing football, this is the place we would want for next time. I know other families will be looking at this one in the future.

House was fabulous! Plenty of towels for all areas. Big kitchen table was big hit. Plenty of room to share memories of the good old days!

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time in Sioux Falls. There was so much to do and see, from the water park to the falls. Our family loved the house, the huge tables and bedrooms. The hot tub was very nice however we didn’t spend a lot of time in it because it was so hot outside that the garage got really hot. The owner was very responsive. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighbors on one side were a little sketchy but never cause any problems.
