Spacious Family Home w/ Backyard in Gainesville!

Great space for lots of family. Games and games outdoors. Appreciated the screened in patio. Plenty of kitchen amenities and televisions. Absolutely loved the master suite.

Excellent house for what we needed. The Coffee Keri was not working but a smaller one was available. Pool table was falling apart but function able. Everything else was perfect

We are four retired social workers who travel together frequently. The management company was easy to work with. The home is spacious but some of the furnishings are in need of upgrading/repair/replacement. The home is listed as a five bedroom/4 full bathrooms. There are only 3 full bathrooms with a half bath off the kitchen area. The home is located on a very busy highway. This home would be great for a large group on a football weekend.

Our big family came to Gainesville for our niece wedding and this place was perfect for everyone.We had plenty of space to come together and celebrate.

The house was nice roomy , clean, and a great location for us. Plenty of room for the three couples and additional three adults.

Overall, this home was great for our family. Plenty of space for everyone! Nice large kitchen table where we all had a seat. The host, Kevin, was very helpful. He was able to fulfill our requests for pack-n-play and high chairs and even a Christmas tree!

Great space for our family while we were in town for our daughters wedding. Plenty of space to spread out and the kids enjoyed the pool table and games. Kitchen was great although there were very few drinking glasses. The doors under the sink were falling off the hinges. Well stocked with pans and most cooking utensils. Few repairs needed but overall a clean and excellent space for a large group to stay. I would stay here again!

This Home was amazing fast better than the piks describe!!!! My family and I highly recommended this vacation home you will love it! We'll be returning!

Great place. It was perfect for me and my coaches. It was perfectly located for our event and for other fun things to do without traveling to far.

The property was clean and as described.Perfect for large families. It provided alot of space for us to enjoy lots of family time. The location was ideal as it is close to stores, restaurants and UF. We would stay here again.

This is our second time for staying in this house. It meets our needs as a large family.

We rented this house for my son’s birthday weekend. There was plenty of room for friends and family. The boys enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables, foosball, and basketball. We will definitely stay here again!

The home was nice and clean, loved the master bathroom with all of the updated features. It was a perfect location our daughter got married at the botanical gardens up the street. We would stay again.

The host was very helpful! He setup a firepit for us to use in the back yard when we asked if one available. Allowed to access an hour early, and answered all our question.

Nice, clean and spacious property. Plenty of room for cars and places to gather inside and out. We will be back!

Home was clean, great location, plenty of space for large parties. Loved the back porch in the evenings.

Very spacious, adequate sleeping arrangements, clean, & tidy. Suggstiins - put the numbers on mailbox for easier location finder, supply a few extrs blankets fir cool nights, guest hand towels in powder room off kitchen & provide more drinkware - had enormous inventory of coffee mugs but literally only had 4 juice size glasses & 2 begerage size hlasses

This was a perfect house for our family reunion. Plenty of space and activities....pool table, ping pong table, basketball. We enjoyed our stay!

The best place for a large family with kids. The house was very large, spotless, easy parking and many fun things to do! Pool table, ping pong, foosball, tv in everyroom. The front of the house left me worried at first but it definitely a diamond in the rough. The only suggestion I would have is, supply more board games.

This is one of the best VRBO properties I’ve ever stayed at. Great value for money—huge inside and outside with every house game and activity you can imagine. 15 minute drive to UF campus for football games. Highly recommend!
