Spacious Family Home, private Pool/Spa, Game Rm near Disney and Champions Gate

It was a great location. We spent most of our time out and about but did use the pool which was enjoyed by kids. The only thing I might recommend from an appearance standpoint is a deep clean of the grout throughout.

The host Michelle is wonderful. She clearly communicated throughout the whole process. She accommodated several special requests pleasantly. The house was clean and large. Plenty of room for our large family gathering, just as listed. We found plenty of dining options in the Davenport location and easy access to grocery store. There were several things that could have been better. * Towel supply is very sparse. Host is aware and I’m sure will correct this for the future. * The pots and pans are very basic and generally in bad shape.  No baking dishes. If you’re planning to eat out or bring in take out it has all you will need. If you’re planning to cook for a large group you will likely be disappointed.  * no ice trays to make ice * The game room is in bad shape. Pool table is dirty and completely out of level. Foosball table in bad shape with missing pieces. Overall we had a great stay. The house is basic but a very good value for the price.

It was mixed feelings. The property is listed with the Wrong address. Which was

Pool wasn’t clean, house wasn’t locked, host accused you of all the damages in the house when the house clearly wasn’t up to date, barely anything to use to help cook with for having families of 12 stay there. Paint chipping of the walls and base boards, host doesn’t want service animals in the house at all.

Great Host, property and pool were fantastic. Thank you for your hospitality.

House had lots of room, pool and hot tub were great!

House and pool area were great! Good communication from host.

Excellent stay. Restaurants and stores are close by.

Great stay!

This house is comfortable and the air conditioning works well. The owner was attentive and maintained contact with us. Furniture is in good condition. Water pressure is good and we had plenty of hot water. The house is on a very quiet street but apparently has several vacation rental homes. The pool is nice and the lanai is in good shape. There are many popular restaurants and stores near by.

We travelled to Florida for a cheer competition! The house was everything we expected!!

It was all good.

Ill start off with the cons.the house is NOT in Orlando as listed. Its in Davenport . There really isn't much to do there. The Pros.the house is beautiful and has lots of room. The pool is really. The hot tub has sostrong

We really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious property, plenty of room even for our large group of 15!Quiet neighborhood, good location. We paid the extra for heating the pool, and it was well worth it. Pool area very nice and the kids were swimming where we were home, adults enjoyed the hot tub alot too.The house is not brand new but we didn't expect that at such a great price for such a big place. Everything worked as it should, and we never ran out of hot water, even with so many taking showers!Very child friendly, with a crib, two pack-n-plays, a high chair, and strollers.Michelle was very responsive to any questions or requests that came up.If our family comes back to Orlando, we will definitely be back- thanks for a great experience Michelle.

Wonderful house to reconnect with family.

My family and I rented this home for our annual family gathering. The home was clean and fully stocked. The communication from the owner/property manager was great. This home is a good bang for your buck!

Great value, very spacious for our group of 6 adults. House was clean and host communicated throughout our stay as needed. The location on Vrbo's map is incorrect but the host did clarify this with us before booking, and the correct location is given in the description. Description of what is provided is very accurate.

Good for big family
