Spacious & family friendly retreat in newer townhome near town in Priest River

The owners really did think of everything you might possible need. Very clean, nice decor, well equipped. Would definitely stay there again.

I was in town with family and this was a great stay. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, spacious and very clean. Would book again if we were back in the area.

every thing was wonderful. Only problem was the stairs - we are all age 60 to 96 - difficult managing the stairs.

Very spacious and comfortable property. Participated in a 2 day charity golf tournament at the Priest Lake Golf Course which was about a 30 minute drive from this property. This location was central to all the sights we wanted to see during our trip.

Spotless and spacious modern townhouse. Well equipped kitchen, ample parking and other features made this a great base for our three generation family of six. Easy drive to Priest Lake, Sandpoint, Selkirk mtns, Coeur d’Alene and other N Idaho locations.

We visited Idaho to attend the wedding of one of my nephews. This home is located in a very child and famlly friendly neighborhood, comfortable and I was very delighted to find delicious snacks and very carefully placed amenities. I am thankful to our wonderful hostess Rachel she is the best communicator and very accommodating to my family needs, Rachael was prompt to respond to my messages which made our stay stress free and enjoyable. I had only have a little disappointment. We misunderstood by the ways the pictures show on the website, we just knew that the house was close to the river and picture ourselves on the riverwalk board and drinking coffee while enjoying nature. Has nothing to do with Rachel we still enjoyed the home and family company.

This property was perfect for my family, 4 of us. Was in town for nephews HS graduation so close to everywhere we needed to go. Well stocked, clean and newer neighborhood

The townhouse is decorated very well. The kitchen was very well stocked as are the bathrooms with towels and the bedrooms with pillows, extra blankets and more. It is one of the best VRBO's i have stayed in.

Rachel was responsive and amazing to deal with. The stay was perfect and we appreciate all her efforts.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The kitchen is fully stocked with nice quality cookware and dishes. We did not have small children - but it was nice to see it is set up to accommodate young families as well. The upstairs area provides a great area for teens/young adults, and the main floor living area is quite comfortable.The host is very responsive, pleasant, and easy to work with.I would absolutely stay here again!
