Spacious family friendly home with a heated indoor pool

Perfect place for a gathering families of young children. Way better than going to a big, noisy waterpark. Very glad we found it!

Everything was perfect! Enough space, enough bedrooms, enough of everything in the kitchen! Our grandchildren loved the pool and spent most of their time there. Enough towels and pool toys. We loved it! Karen was very accommodating with a few questions I had. It was great!

We had a wonderful time during our Christmas holiday enjoying the pool, the spacious kitchen and living areas. The festive decorations were absolutely fabulous and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! The amenities were beyond what I have ever experienced, from the fully stocked kitchen to the many pool accessories and towels for our use. I can see now why we had to book it in November of last year! We’ll definitely let others know what a wonderful experience we had and hope to book it again!!

Great place, great times.

This was our second time staying at Karen's and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves once again. She really has thought of everything... We came with a fairly large group & we never found ourselves coming up short on any anything - dishes, towels, blankets and pillows, and even small kitchen appliances - the house is stocked amazingly well. Karen is responsive and a pleasure to work with in the event you have an issue (such as accidentally burning a plate during your first stay ). Thank you again Karen for another fantastic stay, we really hope to be back again!

This is our 4th yer staying at Karen's house and it was exceptional as usual! We look forward to our family Christmas celebration partly because of the amazing setting. The kids and some adults used the pool most of the weekend. The kitchen and great room continue to be the gathering spot for memory making, great conversations and a little bit of ribbing and good fun! Thank you as always! We love the house!

Karen is a wonderful host, the pool is so fun, our family loves visiting here when we get the chance!! There is lots of different places to sleep, plenty of bathrooms, and the hot water heater lasted a long time as we all took showers back to back. The kids love the Wii, the beds and furniture are all comfy and the fireplace in the master is such a great touch. We will be back again soon, thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

This was our 4th time staying at this house and every time the house has been wonderful. The house was very clean and well maintained. There are lots of extra towels, blankets, paper products, kitchen items, etc. which is very nice. We have stayed in other houses that skimp on these items which is a pain.We extended out stay and Karen was very prompt in replying and is an excellent host. The addition of the large screen TV in the basement that replaced the projector was a great addition and we used it watch several movies during our stay.

We were looking for a large property to house family and friends for our son’s 22nd birthday.This spot definitely had the room and was reasonably priced for our group. I was especially thrilled because I grew up right down the street and was very familiar with this home and area of Eau Claire. This home was beautifully remodeled and had a space for everyone and something for everyone! The hosts don’t miss a beat with this amazing home!!! We are already looking ahead and planning on staying here again!!! The only disappointment for us, and this is completely our fault, was that we totally forgot to check out the secret room!!! If anyone has a picture of it, we would love to see it!!!

Great place to stay. Very well equipped with everything from kitchen items, to towels, even for the pool. House was very spacious. Would definitely rent again if traveling to the Eau Claire area.

This weekend stay was one of the best that we have had with our family! Everything you need is right at the house. The indoor pool was a BIG plus! The Host answered all of the questions we had and the space was awesome for the amount of people we had staying. Everything you needed was available in the house. Would definitely go back and would definitely recommend this place to others.

10/10 would recommend staying here! We loved our experience. The home was even bigger, better, and more beautiful than pictured. Quaint little neighborhood and downtown about 1 mile away. Kids and adults alike loved this home and all that it offered. Would love to visit again!

The property was spectacular and worked great for our group who came into town on a golf trip. Karen is super responsive! We are already planning next year’s trip and can’t wait to come back!

It was as great as advertised! There was plenty of space and sleeping arrangements for all 12 of us to sleep comfortably. Karen was kind and clear about check-in and check-out instructions. The pool and back patio made it tough to want to stay in each day/night instead of enjoying the EC area. Thanks again for the stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space and amenities for everyone. The pool, outside deck space, movie room, spacious kitchen and family room all were warm and welcoming. Some friends stopped by to congratulate our college graduate and said they wished they had rented this house. We can’t wait for another opportunity to stay here again!

We were in the area for our son’s graduation from UW Stout. Not knowing how many people were coming for the graduation we rented this property. It had plenty of room for nine people and comfortably could have slept more. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed to cook a fancy dinner to celebrate the graduation. Any place with a clean and warm indoor pool and outdoor patio with a grill and fire table can’t be too bad. We also hung out in the living room and didn’t even get to try the mini theater downstairs. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

This was our third visit to the property and is one of our favorite VRBO Rentals. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need during your stay. We extended our stay an extra day and Karen made the process quick and easy. I would highly recommend this house and look forward to staying here again.

This was a wonderful house for our girls weekend! We were close to a variety of restaurants and ordered carry out so we could just relax in the house together. Everyone had their own bed and other comfortable spaces to hang out. The pool was warm and easy to use. The whole house was well-stocked.

Every time we stay at Karen’s rental the whole process is so easy, Karen does an amazing job. The house is perfect, clean and spacious. One of our grandsons said when we go to the house it is one of his favorite times, that means the world to us. Thank you Karen!

We got together for a family getaway. There was something for everyone. The youger kids played with the toys provided, the teens played video games watched the large screen tv. And everyone enjoyed the pool!! Awesome time thank you very much! It was more than i expected.

For the third year in a row, my family thoroughly enjoyed the house on Margaret Street! I cannot rave enough about the experience and how much my family has enjoyed each stay. This was our 2nd time renting this property- it’s so fun and we love it! Did a family weekend away and had everything we needed and plenty of space. Certainly recommend this place for a large group.

This property truly had it all, we needed a location close to UW Eau Claire campus. A property that held many people, and one that gave options for kids to be entertained. All boxes were checked and many more!!! Beds and floor space more than covered our group We originally needed space for 14, ended up at 17. ( Thank you Karen for allowing the overage) This house truly had everything. The kitchen was the most well stocked rental I have ever stayed at. If I forgot something, it had it. The pool was so awesome, it was used for hours. The weather was nice, so the adults sat outside in the patio area, cooked on the provided grill and stayed warm by the LP fire pit at night. When the kids were not in the pool they were downstairs in the media room. Plenty of bathroom space for all. We never felt crowded EVER. There was plenty of parking which we felt may be a issue as many people came from different parts of the state so car pooling that group didn't happen, but again was not a issue. The layout of the house was so interesting, one of the guests is a home builder and he spent so much time looking at all of the upgrades done to the home. The stay was fantastic, we immediately looked at the availability for Christmas, but unfortunately wasn't available. Thank you again, we will defiantly be booking this in the future!!!!

This house is amazing! The pictures do it no justice! Very modern and spacious! Bedrooms were beautiful, kitchen was huge, loved both dinning areas, theater area was cool, living room was comfortable, and pool was just out this world! We want to come back every year! we deem this our new vacation get away home!

The kids loved that they could swim at any time throughout the day! If there was anything we needed, it was there!

My group and I had a wonderful weekend in Eau Claire at this beautiful home! There was plenty of room for our group and it had a lot of space for activities such as game nights and pool time. The house was well stocked with towels and amenities to enjoy the fabulous indoor pool. We are already hoping to book it again sometime soon!
