Spacious Family Friendly Home in Quiet Neighborhood

The house was equipped with all the things you might need. The kitchen was amazing. The shower in the basement could use some love. We enjoyed our time. But… the amount of rules was overwhelming. I was scared that our kids were going to be too loud.. we were in town to visit family and i was scared for them to come over. We did have everyone over 1 evening and the owner asked us about our “party.” It was not a party it was our family. She also was at the house 10 minutes before check out and let herself in. I’m in the kitchen and a woman comes in the garage door. It was very odd. The booklet needs to be updated regarding the trash pickup days. Also, the monitoring of the cameras around the house was a bit strange too. You can tell it’s not a cleaning company that does the house. It’s in fact the owner and her grandchildren that do it.

Diana was a great communicator and her property was very comfortable and impecably clean for our family for graduation weekend. She made sure we knew everything we needed to know about the property and even baked delicious cookies for us. I would stay at her properties again!

T his beautiful home has become our home in Fort Collins. We stay here when we come as long as it is open. It is perfectly outfitted to cook for and host family gatherings, and we all love it. My granddaughters think it is the best house ever!

Fantastic house for a big group. Very nice deck to just sit out and relax on. A lot of toys and equipment for all ages of kids, from playpens to bikes. Close to the CSU campus and shopping areas. Very clean and well stocked.

A warm, spacious home, easy to escape to rooms and areas away when tired of family time together. Definitely recommended for quieter guests due to its location in an established neighborhood. We nine adults all commented how well this met our needs.

This is our third or fourth time to stay in this beautiful and welcoming home. It’s close to my children and my 92 year old father, so it’s a perfect place for the rest of the family to gather, and big enough for the whole family to stay. My grandkids think it’s the best house ever!!! If you are looking for a perfect multi-generational home, this is it. Diana is amazing, and always available if there are any issues. There never have been, but I keep in contact, just to let her know how much fun we are having. Plus, she makes delicious cookies! We will be back for sure! The toy rooms are so perfect- this is the first time to have all of my grandkids join us, and with three levels, and toys and activities on every level, it is just perfect! We had the best time.

The home was lovely and perfectly suited our family gathering with 15 people. The inside and outside space were great. Plus it was a short walk to an amazing park. Communication with the owner was excellent. And the cherry on top were all the wonderful Christmas decorations.

We have stayed at this property 4 times and it is perfect. The hosts are great and the house is well stocked!
