LIVING AREAS

Stretch out on the comfy sofa and watch all your favorite shows on the 42” TV.

Also on the first floor, a bonus living space provides a full-size futon and another 42' TV. Curl up and watch a movie with your crew, or head down to the basement to play a match of ping-pong.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen with a stainless steel Dacor oven and plenty of cabinet and counter space. Helpful gadgets include a blender, coffee maker, and toaster.

When dinner’s ready, gather at the wooden dining table with seating for eight.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests total in five bedrooms.

On the first floor, the master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite half bathroom. A second bedroom offers two twin-size beds, while a third is outfitted with a queen bed. The first floor also has a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Upstairs, a fourth bedroom provides a king-size bed, while a fifth has two twin beds. Both rooms include skylights. A full bath with a shower is also located on the second floor.

All bedrooms include an AC unit.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Spend leisurely afternoons on the expansive 16’ x 31’ deck overlooking the private backyard. Rinse off in the large outdoor shower after a fun-filled day at the beach, then fire up the grill and enjoy a family dinner outside.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a DVD player, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and parking for up to five vehicles. There are also beach chairs and umbrellas for guest use.

THE LOCATION

Bordering the Cape Cod National Seashore, Eastham features long stretches of beautiful beaches, broad marshlands, and lush forests.

Explore the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a paved path that extends 22 miles from Dennis to Wellfleet. Or spend the day swimming, surfing, and enjoying the breathtaking views from Nauset Light Beach and Nauset Lighthouse -- both within 2 miles.

For a memorable family outing, drive 3 minutes to the Wellfleet Flea Market and browse through Cape Cod memorabilia, antiques, and jewelry. As evening falls, catch a movie at the drive-in theater (both open seasonally).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    The house was very clean. There many amenities such as air hockey, ping pong table, buggy boards, & beach chairs. Recycling was a breeze with plastic lined large trash cans clearly marked.

    Home accommodated a family of 10 comfortably. Great outdoor living space. Fridge/freezer in garage was a nice amenity. Good setup for garbage and recycling as well. The turnkey management crew was responsive.

    We rented this house for a family vacation with our two sons and their children. We were six adults and four very active children. This house allowed for plenty of indoor and outdoor space to accommodate our group. We especially enjoyed the large deck with outdoor shower and a spacious basement with table tennis and air hockey to keep the kids amused in the evenings and rainy moments. The house was very well appointed with kitchen and beach equipment plus a large garage to store our bikes. A bonus was that it is situated on a quiet street off of the main road. The management staff were very helpful to include quickly fixing a burned out light and to then to send us some clothing that we had inadvertently left at the property. Much appreciated. We would definitely rent this place again.

    We sought a property for our family of 8 that was near beaches, the Cape Rail Trail and well located to explore the outer Cape. We were very pleased with the cleanliness, set up, amenities and location of this property, which was a great fit for us. The beautiful deck, outdoor shower and kitchen were better than expected and the large basement with ping pong, air hockey and laundry was a nice surprise. The garage was large enough for storage of our eight bikes and chock full of beach chairs and umbrellas - more than we needed. We would highly recommend this property and would stay again.

    Turnkey is the worst management company. We can’t believe you associate your business with them. The house and area were beautiful. The house did have some ants and spiders and when asked to come spray multiple times, and turnkey kept saying they would “reach our to the local team,” we heard nothing. We just accepted the ants crawling all over the kitchen and bedrooms bc there was nothing else we could do. We also had problems with the key code and had to wait for 30 minutes before we could get in the house. None of the codes worked. We had to text turnkey 8 times while we were here for them to finally give us a new code. And they are not easy to reach. All automated responses. The one complaint about the house is that the master bedroom has no blinds or shade on a skylight. So no need to go watch the sunrise bc it’s right in the room shining down on you. No sleeping in here! We do love the cape and will come back but NEVER will we rent a house associated with Turn Key. 100% disappointment.
