Spacious Eastham Getaway--5 minutes from Beach

My mother stayed in this house for three weeks. She hosted some family and loved the house. It was comfortable and clean. She enjoyed sitting on the deck every morning and the house had plenty of space.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house on a quiet street near beaches and the bike path. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Nice deck with an awning to protect the table from the sun and an extra half refrigerator in the bar. Five of us—old friends in our 60s and 70s, had a wonderful time.

Jay and Kate's home was amazing and exactly what we hoped for during our Labor Day weekend trip. The house itself was very nice and there was plenty of space for our relatively large group. The deck and backyard space were great as well. We will absolutely consider staying at Jay and Kate's home again and definitely recommend to others who are thinking about it.

We rented 'Jay's home from the pictures on Vrbo. When we got there, it was nicer and pictured the setting is beautiful, quiet, and secluded, yet right next to Route six. The bocce court is really fun. The basement has a ping pong table. The yard is conducive to wiffleball. The driveway holds plenty of cars. The interior of the house is gorgeous. Lots of room in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Bedrooms are also spacious, it's just a dream vacation home.

We had a wonderful time. The house is lovely and in a great location. Jay provides everything that you need from linens and towels to games and beach gear. The house is close to our favorite beaches and other Cape Cod spots. The bocce court was a huge hit with out kids! We'd definitely stay here again.

We had a nice weekend in Eastham. House fit our needs very nicely. Property is in a great location! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

This home was perfect for our family whale watching adventure. A very quiet neighborhood and close to beaches and 30 minutes to Provincetown. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and resolved a small issue right away. I would highly recommend this for a family.

Our family loved this Eastham home for our spring trip to the Cape - just in time for blooming flowers and migrating herring. The spring weather allowed us to take advantage of this home's great outdoor space, with a nice lawn, large deck, brand new fire pit, and large bocce court. The home's proximity to the Rail Trail allows easy access throughout the area without the need for a car for every trip. By car or bike, the home is centrally located. In the car, find beautiful ponds, town beaches, delicious restaurants, and handy shops all under five minutes away (hardware store, superette, donut shop, etc.). Because the home is in Eastham, in less than twenty minutes you can be at the Brewster Store, Woodshed, and Snowy Owl (in Brewster), the many ponds of Nickerson State Park, the Beachcomber or The Wicked Oyster (in Wellfleet), Nauset Breach (in Orleans), or the Wequassett (in Harwhich). There are almost too many options in this area. Inside, the home remains focused on family friendly fun. There are plenty of comfortable beds, an abundance of towels, spare beach chairs, and a cabinet of family activities. We didn't have a chance to check out the multiple TVs or bluetooth speakers, but the wi-fi was strong (even when sitting outside at the fire pit). After a morning fishing, we appreciated the access to the new outdoor shower and the home's washer & dryer. We cannot wait to come back and continue to enjoy this home and the surrounding community.

Clearly kate and Jay took great pains to make this home an oasis! The place was immaculate. The kitchen was well appointed with everything for us to cook. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds. The best was the great room where we could be around the fire, play games and read. It was too cold to sit on the great deck but we we bundled up and took a lovely walk to the beach. Immaculate and excellent communication. This was a short winter get away but looking forward to return this summer.
