This spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment is all one level, with a full kitchen, spacious living room, and dining room. Kitchen includes tons of amenities such as coffee maker, garbage disposal, baking & cookware, microwave, and stainless steel fridge with filtered water & ice maker.


Bedrooms & Sleeping Space:

The space sleeps 7 people with 3 full bedrooms and a futon sleeper sofa in the living room.

There is free street parking on both side streets of the unit.

There is also private parking for 2 cars via the back alleyway that you are free to use (see parking instructions & rules).

    The host was excellent at communication. This was my first VRBO experience and it was delightful. We were here for a family event that lasted several days and this spot was the perfect hub for our activities. We needed a space that could accommodate 5 working adults and 2 cars.This part of Long Beach is great. Walking distance to everything you might want to see, taste and enjoy. Lincoln Park with the giant penny, the Fairmont Breakers, the Aquarium, and of course the beach. The restaurants nearby were good and relatively inexpensive. The grocery nearby allowed for those few things we needed to complete our long weekend.The photos on the listing are accurate. Each room is spacious and each bed is comfortable with good pillows. The amenities (towels, laundry, beach items) were as described. The kitchen is easy to maneuver and is outfitted with everything one needs. The open plan makes the space relaxed and comfortable. And the internet connection was easy.The Host kept communications open and pleasant and I felt I could contact and get a quick response for any question I may have.Previous reviews - the parking is challenging but very doable. The furniture is lovely but a bit uncomfortable. The noise is typical for an urban area.

    Host was very kind and accommodating. Bedrooms are spacious, home was clean. Home is in an older part of town, but close to everything. We appreciated the designated parking, most homes in the area are street parking only. And it appears parking would be scarce. But thankfully there was gated parking available

    The property is exactly as it is in the pictures. The communication with the owner was great. It was easy to find and access. It was just under a mile to our event. We were able to walk to the Long Beach Theater and Arena without any issues. Lots of food options nearby and public transportation.

    Dealing with the property manager was great! very quick response to any questions. Place was clean and a very easy walk to bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend. Side note, I had a little trouble finding the correct door to get in and called the property manage who answered immediately and guided me through the process. Couldn't ask for more.

    Good morning. Thank you for allowing me and my family to check in early to drop our bags off and get to our event. Unfortunately, once we got to your home when the evening settled, there were footprints all over the house and the house reeked of a very distinct dog smell. The cleaner was actually still here when we initially arrived and assisted us with locating the correct door. I am also confused as to why I was charged a cleaning fee ahead of time. Would it be possible to refund the cleaning fee or an agreeed amount due to the unit not being cleaned properly for my arrival?

    The parking situation could be improved. The parking space is very tight, making it difficult to maneuver. Additionally, the alleyway is narrow, which complicates things. However, the actual space is much larger than we expected, and it is very clean and well-maintained.

    We chose this property so we were within 30 min of other family and wedding venues as well as somewhere we had not been before. The property was clean and comfortable and supplied with a few things we forgot! A TV and wifi to pass those few moments we weren't sleeping or getting ready to head out.Downtown property with great access to shoreline village and the highways. Parking on street was limited, but small gated parking lot behind the home was great to access the property. Neighbors were helpful getting me to back out my large suburban.Best thing about my first VRBO rental, the property owner was so helpful and very responsive. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

    The property was clean and had the basic necessities. There were two downsides - the neighborhood can be a little loud at night due to street noise and neighborhood noise, also the furniture is not very comfortable. If you're looking for the basics and want a clean place to stay this place will be fine.

    We stayed for a few days while maintanance work was done at the apartment complex we are living at. We had the best time ever staying at the apartment that has everything you need . There is parking which is always a good thing.The beds were so comfy . We were so sad to leave the apartment when we had to go back to our apartment .The host is so nice, and also helped us with any issue camee up and needed a solution.Highly recommended!
