This bright and airy home is located in Rim Village, a community that faces the Moab Rim and La Sal Mountains just six miles south of downtown Moab. You'll be 11 miles south of Arches National Park and 36 miles east of Canyonlands National Park - both of which are known for their spectacular desert views.

The living space is modern and spacious, offering a gas fireplace, a flatscreen TV, and a DVD player for cozy nights at home. Prepare appetizers and meals in the kitchen, which features a dishwasher, a four-person breakfast bar, and a dining table with seating for six.

Soak in the sunshine and panoramic views on the patio, where you'll find a gas grill and plenty of seating. Spend your days swimming in the community pool (which is open April through October) or soaking in the hot tub (which is open February through November).

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this Moab townhome will sleep eight guests (and up to two dogs). The master suite has a king-size bed and a flatscreen TV, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and a DVD player. Two rollaway beds and a washer/dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Whether you're vacationing with family or a group of friends, you'll be surrounded by outdoor adventure in Moab. Bring your mountain bike to explore the Slickrock Bike Trail seven miles north, play a round of golf at the Moab Golf Club just two miles north (guests of this home will receive a 20% discount off of golfing fees), or spend a day at Ken's Lake five miles south. Just be sure to catch at least one sunrise over the magnificent landscape of Arches National Park.

    The home was nice and displayed normal ware and tear. It was quite and the neighborhood was great. It was close to town and had a well stocked clean kitchen. The primary bath shower was awesome. We plan to return with more members of the family.

    This was a great unit in a nice condo complex. Nice lighting, comfortable furnishings, it was great to have access to the garage. It was a nice area to walk the fur baby. It would have been nice to have a garage door opener. We had one issue with the condo complex that wasn’t cared for to our satisfaction but it shouldn’t affect your stay.

    Our family had a great time in Moab. This property was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We had everything we needed and more. For a family with 4 teens and a dog, the space worked well. The kids loved walking across the road to the pool.

    Chose this place because of the pool and the ability for all of us to have our own beds. The cleaning fees were exceptionally high but I assumed it was due to some COVID-19 extra measures. Hard to believe the rest of the place is clean when there’s per hair all over the bedding, the couches, the kitchen table, the coffee table, the night stands. I felt like I was inhaling it. We had to put sheets on the couch to sit there without getting hair all over our clothes. The pool code didn’t work. Trying to contact management through email or get any reply never happened. I did call the (800) to get a correct pool code. Nice location, learned a valuable lesson, don’t stay at “pet friendly” places.

    From the second we arrived this condo was so relaxing, great fenced front patio, large garage and right across the street from the pool. Well stocked and organized. Master bed and bath is amazing. We will be back!
