The Space:
Our home is a spacious three-story haven that offers the perfect mix of classic charm and modern convenience. On the first floor, you'll discover a well-stocked kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a welcoming dining space. This layout provides a perfect gathering space for your group.

On the second floor, you'll find three cozy bedrooms with incredibly comfortable beds and high-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The third floor boasts additional space with two trundle beds, allowing you to spread out comfortably.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, our home is superbly situated. Whether you're a visitor to St. Louis or returning to the city, you'll appreciate the convenience of our location. The neighborhood is within walking distance of excellent bars, restaurants, and even a pedestrian bridge to Forest Park.

LIVING AREA
The living area is filled with a generous plush lounge that surrounds the large wall-mounted TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

Gather everyone into the elegant dining room for dinner with a table set for 8 and a highchair available for the little ones.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - 2ND FLOOR
Three bedrooms within the spacious home can be found on the second floor. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage for you to unpack and make yourself at home. The master bedroom offers a luxuriously large king bed with an attached full ensuite bathroom.

As you head up the stairs from the main floor, straight ahead, you will find bedroom #1 w/Queen bed, bedroom # 2 w/King bed and a full-size bathroom equipped with plenty of fresh towels and necessities. Bedroom #3 w/Queen bed and master bathroom is just right down the hallway offers a crib as well as a wall mounted SmartTV.

BEDROOM - 3RD FLOOR
Bedroom #4 is located on the 3rd floor of the home offering a spacious loft area ideal space for the older kiddos, perfect living space to call their own. Two trundle beds with twin mattress are placed, plus a large wall mounted SmartTV.

LAUNDRY
Located in the lower level/basement of the home you'll find the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, which comes complete with detergent and dryer sheets for making vacation laundry a breeze.

OUTDOOR AND PARKING
Step out the back door onto your private patio to soak in the beautiful weather that St. Louis has to offer or let the little ones run around the private backyard. The home offers designated parking for two vehicles in the back of the home. NOTE: Street Parking is for residents only. For groups with more than two vehicles there are paid lots nearby.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metro link light rail system to get to many major attractions.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
✔ No smoking inside the home
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
