Spacious country oasis:Swim,BBQ, Attend Weddings!Close to venues in Hill Country

Kids enjoyed the pool even though some of my teenage kids saw the pool as not clean enough. I did mention to them that it is a country pool and that was that. The property does have a big yard with lots of greenery and enough parking area for 8 cars not including the road space. The inside of the house has plenty of space for 12 adults easily. We especially liked the big screen TV in the living area and the long couch for 8 people easily. It is a place to enjoy the family in a place away from home but still have the feeling of being at home.

This home was great. My family and I loved the location and it made us feel as you are at home. Loved the complimentary drinks and family enjoyed the coffee/tea bar. Pool was so nice. We went for my niece's graduation so it was relaxing after all the walking we did.

The property was perfect for our two families. The pool was great for the kids. The hosts provided many amenities and the location was ideal!

The property served us very well. It had all the amenities you would like/need for an enjoyable stay. Patricia & Gerald were very responsive any time we had a question about the property. This is the perfect place if you need a place that feels like a home away from home.

Best hosts EVER! The house is so well appointed from the comfy beds to the coffee bar! We had so much fun in the HUGE pool and thanks for heating it for us. We chose this for the heated pool and the easy access to Austin, the hill country and even the Riverwalk and Alamo were only 1.5 hours away. Kids enjoyed picking their rooms.

Every time I stay at this property I enjoy it every time. the location is the best. plenty of room for my guests to stay somewhere and have a great time.

Great property!

We felt very welcomed with a personal note and all the amenities (pool, fire pit, etc) all well explained. When we walked in we immediately felt relaxed and in a home vs a sterile rental. Location was great, nice and quiet yet close to it all, hard to know from the quiet house and serene yard 290 was just a little ways down the road! Beautiful yard and the interior space worked great for a large family group. Host was very responsive and immediately answered any and all questions.

We had a great experience staying here! The pool was bigger than expected we ended up swimming more than we thought we would. The host were very well mannered and communicated so well with us. You can tell they put in so much effort to make this place feel like home. The check in process was so smooth. Overall would definitely recommend. Hopefully we can go back another time.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo. There was 9 of us staying and we all fit comfortably. There are only two bathrooms so be prepared to set up a shower schedule for large groups.The pool was a good size with a grill and plenty of seating conveniently close by.The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed for our BBQ pool day.If you're visiting Dripping Springs i highly recommend this Vrbo.

What a wonderful property! It has lots of room for big families. The outdoor patio and pool are so relaxing! Every thing was provided to make our stay easy and fun! Plenty of towels, beach towels, napkins, paper towels...and so much more. Even a jar of yummy homemade jam! We would stay here again! Patricia has the best and fastest communication. Great property!! The place was like we never left home we loved everything about it everything we needed they had and then some the grandkids spent hours in the pool day and night since there were lights plenty of space outside and inside 10 out of 10 thx yall

I loved this property. Nice and cozy. Owner went over and beyond with local locations of places to go. Spacious living room. The home was well taken care of and gave off a loving feeling.

planned a trip with some friends and came down to Austin and had the BEST time ever.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There was a little confusion about the bedrooms,but was explained to me. We enjoyed the pool mostly and the grill.

This property is by far one of the best stays I have had in VRBO! Will recommend to anyone I know coming to town, and when we need to go back. Plenty of room for all our family to spend time together celebrating our UT grad. Fully stocked with everything you could need and great little extras! We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor spaces and grill! Dogs loved the yard to play! And if you need it, handicap accessible….perfect location to enjoy Austin and get out of the craziness too!
