Everything about renting this place was easy. The host quickly answered my initial questions the week before arrival, and also contacted me a day or two before check-in regarding the winter storm that was forecast during our stay, offering to allow us to reschedule. Since we needed to be in town during that time, we kept our reservation and were so appreciative to find emergency lanterns, candles, and firewood waiting for us in case of a power outage. So thoughtful!Happily, no power outage occurred and we were able to fully enjoy the well appointed kitchen, pool table, foosball table, darts, and several of the board games. This is a great house for a family gathering. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are fine, and there are seating areas that will accommodate a large group as well as areas better suited for quiet activities. The next time we need a place to stay in the Woodlands area, this is definitely at the top of our list!

The host was exceptionally welcoming, communicated with us before, during, and after our stay because of the inclement weather. The house was lovely, had a kitchen stocked with every tool and utensil imaginable, besides the pool and foosball tables, there were lots of games to keep everyone entertained. Such a great place to stay!

we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely rent this house again. It’s huge with lots of space. And fully stocked with everything you could need. My kids especially loved the pool table. my only complaint and it’s very minor is that the house is incredibly dark. I felt like I was constantly walking around turning on lights, but not a big deal at all. definitely a 5 star review!

Awesome place! My family was coming in from across the country for a wedding @ TownHall Texas. This property was close to venue and provided everything we needed. The communication was too notch. Pool table and games provided hours of fun! I definitely recommend renting this property!! everything we need

The house was clean and the kids enjoyed it. I will say it’s a bit quirky and very dated. The last night our AC did not cool properly and that was a bit unpleasant. The bunk room was very warm for the kids and they did not sleep well.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the home. It is a very unique home in which it was built. Very spacious and well equipped! The Owner provided a lot of items which made it more “homey”! A lot of space for our entire family!! I would definitely recommend this home and rent it again. The only con was a little issue with the showers but we did notify the Owner so they can take care of the issue. Very responsive as well.

Place was Spacious, beautifull. Great for large group. We had a wedding to attend and was easy to get to.

Great stay

This property did a wonderful job of catering to the needs of 11 family members. The property manager was extremely accommodating & very communicative. The young stilts & kids had a blast with the recreational items.

It's not the Ritz Carlton but it's clean and very close to the woodlands. A bit eclectic but good for a small group.

We came to this place to stay while the boys played in a baseball tournament in Tomball. We had 4 players and 3 dads. This house was laid out perfect for us. 3 bedrooms with Queen beds and a bedroom with two bunk beds. Positives:- The pool table and huge living area was very good for the boys. We experienced a lot of down time due to rainouts/forfeits, and this house afforded plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment. There was a TV for watching and a TV for video gaming. There was even more space upstairs for this type of activity, but it wasn't used. There was also a separate Man Cave which we also did not use, but was a cool area.- The A/C. In Houston, you need it. The A/C worked and kept the house cold- The patio/grill. There were plenty of utensils, propane, and the grill was large enough for us to use effectively. - Parking. We had 3 vehicles and it was never a problem. There was a huge covered area and more than enough room on the half-circle driveway. - Responsiveness. The host immediately replied to any/all texts sent her way. We appreciate that type of communication. Fast and friendly!- Others: WiFi was great. The two dining tables afforded a lot of space. Lots of couches! It's also about 5 minutes away from a D-Bat facility. This was clutch!Not as Positives:We would definitely stay there again, but these were minor things we could think of:- Lighting: It was a little dark throughout the house- Pans: We went and bought one because the coating of all the pans is coming off- Bunk Room temperature: for some reason, this was the only room that would not cool down. Boys were a little warm at night.- Communal shower - the height is a little low. A minor inconvenience. There is also no soap/shampoo. Great Experience Overall
