It was clean, communication with the property owner was 5 star, location and size was perfect! I would recommend this property to anyone with large groups! Thank you for hosting us!

Stayed Sep 12, 2025We were visiting for my son's wedding and we needed a place for my whole family to stay. It was private and very spacious. Everyone enjoyed the stay. The house was very well stocked with dishes and items needed for our stay. Wish we would have had more time to actually try the pool and fishing.

Stayed Aug 14, 2025The house is way bigger than the pictures and comfortably fit 20 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and the host is extremely helpful and responsive. Would 100% stay again!!!!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024This was a wonderful experience for our extended family. We had ages 16 to 81. There was plenty of space for everyone and lots to do. With a group of kids who are really young adults, it was nice for almost everyone to have a bed larger than a twin, which is very hard to find in vrbo offerings. The media room is amazing and the young adults enjoyed the game room and pool. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Every time we looked for something, we eventually found it in the many drawers and cabinets, including a crock pot, potato masher and hand mixer. The kitchen in the attached apartment was a nice bonus. Conroe has many nice parks and recreation centers and we visited 3 of them to play racquetball, pickle ball and just to walk. There were also great restaurants close by including several on the lake. We didn't venture far, but the Woodlands are close enough for anything that is not available in Conroe. The general consensus was that this beat out last year's family Thanksgiving at a lake resort in Texas, mainly because the gathering space was so much better. A new listing sometimes feels risky, but I was almost immediately reassured by the communication with the host, who was easy to work with, accessible and eager to answer any questions we had.
