Sol Seeker is a thoughtfully designed coastal home that combines spacious gathering areas with a prime location near the lake, the new Seaglass pool and fitness center, as well as our Seascape Courts. With four bedrooms, each featuring an ensuite bathroom, the home comfortably accommodates up to twelve guests while offering privacy and comfort for multiple families or groups traveling together. Its open layout, large porches, and walkable access to nearby amenities make it an ideal setting for easygoing beach days, afternoon swims, and relaxed evenings with family and friends.

AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style pools that include the Cabana Pool with infinity edge, hammocks, and views of South Town Lake; the Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; the intimate Neighborly Square Pool; the Glow Pool with an attached gym; and the Seaglass Pool also with an attached gym. Parks offer green space, including Tailwind Park, South Shore Park, and others; a boardwalk around South Town Lake & Leisure Lake; a community pier and fishing pavilions; and a playscape. Hang out at the Seascape Courts, which include two pickleball and a basketball court. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North, such as pools, lakes, a fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The main living area is open, airy, and designed for gathering. Vaulted ceilings enhance the spacious feel, while comfortable seating including a sofa and accent chairs creates a welcoming place to relax after a day outdoors. Large windows and direct porch access allow natural light to fill the space and bring in coastal breezes.
The kitchen is both functional and inviting, featuring KitchenAid appliances including a microwave convection oven. The large island offers seating for five, making it a natural place for morning coffee or casual meals. The dining table seats up to eight, creating plenty of space for shared dinners and family game nights.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Sol Seeker offers four bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom and walk in closet, providing comfort and privacy for every guest. Three bedrooms feature king beds, while additional sleeping arrangements include twin XL beds and trundles that make the home especially accommodating for families traveling with children.
Enjoy the primary bedroom's direct porch access, offering a quiet spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening breezes. Each bedroom is finished with soft, fluffy duvets and comfortable furnishings that contribute to the home’s relaxed coastal feel.

GREAT FEATURES: Expansive porches on both the upper and lower levels provide plenty of outdoor space to unwind and gather. The spacious living room allows everyone to comfortably come together while still maintaining the home’s open and airy feel. A motion activated light at the back carport adds convenience when arriving home in the evening. Baby amenities are available, including a pack n' play and highchair.

Sol Seekers is a non-pet friendly property, if a pet is seen entering Sol Seekers the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. An automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 will be added to the reservation, as well as any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
