• Gourmet Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with Smeg appliances and ample storage, is a joy for those who love to cook. Guests appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals.

• Brekky Bar: The breakfast bar with stylish bar stools is a favourite spot for morning coffee or casual meals, making the kitchen a true heart of the home. A lovely 4-seater dining table also suits the laid-back lifestyle.

• Outdoor Cooking: The alfresco area includes a built-in BBQ, perfect for those summer evening meals under the stars.

• Luxurious Master Suite: The master bedroom is a haven of relaxation, featuring a Queen bed, split system air conditioning, Smart TV, walk-in robe, and a private ensuite with a freestanding bath. The master bedroom was like a mini-retreat, a guest commented.

• Spacious Bedrooms: Two additional bedrooms offer plenty of space and comfort, each with split system air conditioning adding climate comfort at the touch of a button. One room has a Queen bed, while the other offers two Extra-Long Single beds.

• Elegant Bathrooms: The two bathrooms are designed with style and function in mind, offering large showers, stone vanities, and quality fixtures. Plus, a convenient extra toilet on the ground floor. All bath towels and bed linen are provided, just BYO beach towels.

• North-Facing Alfresco: The outdoor area is a sunlit oasis, perfect for enjoying a BBQ or simply relaxing with a good book. Guests loved the sunny outdoor space where we spent most of our afternoons.

• Private Access: The fully fenced outdoor area provides a safe and private space for guests to unwind. The alfresco area has a garden gate leading directly onto Bristol Road, making it easy to step out for a morning walk or quick trip to the shops.

• Work-Friendly: The upstairs landing includes a built-in desk, perfect for executive travellers who need to work during their stay.

• Climate Control: Double-glazed windows and split system air conditioning throughout ensure comfort year-round, keeping the home warm in winter and cool in summer.

• Parking: A single lock-up garage is available for 1 small vehicle. There is free street parking located in the next street, if required.

Access via a shared driveway through a locked gate - passcode will be provided. The property is the first townhouse as you enter the white gates. The property is keyless entry with a passcode provided to allow access to the property. Garage is provided for 1 small vehicle. There is free street parking located in the next street over if required.



The Neighborhood:

This townhouse is situated in the most central area of ‘Old Torquay’, only 1 minute to the supermarket and a gentle stroll to all of the surrounding cafes, shops, and restaurants. The area is perfect for both adventure and relaxation. Nearby, you’ll find opportunities for surfing, kitesurfing, SUPing, and more, as well as beautiful beaches, coastal trails, and iconic surfing spots like Bells Beach just a 10-minute drive away. Front Beach and Cosy Corner Beach start just 650 metres away, making it an ideal base for a perfect coastal getaway.



Getting Around:

Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks and the beach, with shops, cafes and supermarket within 1 minute of the front door. On-street parking is available, plus a single garage for 1 small car only.

Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51).
