Spacious Cape Neddick Coastal Home !

Beautiful home with beautiful views. You can see Nubble Light in the distance. Eight couples/siblings enjoyed a short winter getaway. Home has everything you need and working gas fireplace was a nice amenity during the cold snap.

We had an absolutely amazing trip to Cape Neddick and the surrounding areas. The house was stunning!! We really enjoyed the beautiful property and views. Eight of us were celebrating our 60th birthdays and have been friends since high school and earlier. We enjoyed daily meals at the large dining table and had late night chats in the comfortable living room. Each bedroom was well appointed and comfortable. Definitely a 10 out of 10 destination.

The entire house was just amazing! We loved having the kitchen/dining room/living room open to each other. Enjoyed having coffee outside in the morning or in the sitting room off the dining room. All the bedrooms had plenty of space and all but one had their own bathroom. The view from the back of the house was fantastic. We had two fires in the firepit and one night we played pool in the basement. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was an abundance of serving pieces to use. I would highly recommend renting this lovely home.

This property was ideal for a family trip. We had several families stay and we were all able to have our own space but also hang out together. The kitchen had everything we needed and the views were incredible. Everyone was in awe at the beauty this property held. We can’t praise this property enough. We will definitely be back!

Very enjoyable stay, in a great location with amazing views.

This house was perfect for our first empty nester trip with two other couples. We could have had 6 more people join us there were so many beds. Everything in the listing is exactly what you get. The views are amazing and the area is spectacular. The moment we got there we sat on the deck and a bald eagle flew over. Wishing we could have extended our stay in this amazing home.

We stayed here with friends and family for our wedding weekend. It was so comfortable and beautiful! We were blow away by the view when we walked inside. We got ready for our wedding here and the natural light and design of the property couldn’t have been better for pictures.

Great house and wonderful location. Planned a nice family get together. Great patio and outdoor space with wonderful view of the ocean. Host very responsive.

Perfect house for family getaway, adult children with spouses and grandchildren. Spacious, beautifully decorated and very well equipped with everything you might need. Location is private, quiet with awesome view of Nubble and only minutes to beaches and town. Communication with owner was easy with prompt response.
