Spacious beachfront beauty with amazing ocean views, decks, & W/D

The home was very clean and well-organized. The staff were courteous and extremely helpful throughout our stay, especially with managing our date changes and other arrangements.

1. 3 Wasp nests on front of house 2nd & 3rd floors. Vacasa was gonna note 2 The Grill was very disgustingly dirty. Took 3 of us to clean it. Ruined my nails. 3. TV no instructions. One bedroom remote had no batteries but was able to fix and the plug was disconnected. One bedroom had remote but Tech could fix it never got it working. One upstairs missing remote but was able to awkwardly use it. 4. Microwave door broken but could use it. 5. One bunk room dresser drawer the front panel comes off 6. Piece of wood with nails in it in main console drawer where kids chess game is. 7. All Doors on beach side very very hard to open. I understand this is weather side but should be taken care of. 8 Jets on hot tub are almost non existent and lights don’t work Tech said this is old and nothing could be done. 9. Master bedroom sinks one on left slow drains. One one right cold faucet is loose. 10. Bunk room ceiling has a water spot looks like under 3 floor bathroom sink 11. Frig needs new filter light came on 12. No recycle bin for first few days, but Vacasa brought one Wednesday 13. One step to beach broken had nails sticking up. Vacasa sent some out and repaired. As well as hammering a few others down. 14. House has plenty of beach toys and a few chairs & boogie boards. We had brought ours. 15 The community pool was great. Everyone enjoyed it and the other guests that we encountered. 16. Used blender 3 times for breakfast shakes, noticed pitcher has small crack on bottom needs a new one. The house is well worn. We still enjoyed our stay, but for the cost of rental these things should be addressed. Beach was great. Deck furniture great. Beds were okay. Could use some blinds in living area. One couch has no legs so very low. Outdoor access to shower awkward for those sleeping in 2 bedrooms because had to access deck through them. Had a great washer & dryer. Loved that it had an air fryer. Had 2 drip coffee pots, but I brought a cheap kpod maker I already had. Elevator great. Loved that the house had pads on indoor wooden steps. Nice 2 dishwashers. Enough dishes and glasses. House had ample space for only 12. Easy to find quiet spot. Pool table and video game room nice too. Vacasa was prompt it getting back to emails and fixed the safety issues on step which I was thankful for.

Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Elevator was convenient for taking luggage to top rooms. Great view from the decks.

This house is in a great location and perfect for your family! It offers spaces to relax inside and outside, the beds were comfortable, and it was clean! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need if you plan on cooking. We will definitely be back! The elevator is a plus!

We were eight senior adults, over the age of 70 who rent a house on topsail Island every year. We had a great weather week, and the kitchen was very well appointed with the exception of the refrigerator, which is in abominable shape. Most of the drawers and Shelves were broken. The furniture in the living room only has about five comfortable seats, so for seniors, this was not ideal. The chairs in the dining room are almost like outdoor chairs and are very uncomfortable. The house is very clean and the beds were comfortable. But for anyone with any mobility issues, I want to mention that the only way to get to the beach is through two bedrooms on the second floor, which is not convenient or to go outside the front door and up and over the deck stairs. There is no access to the beach from the main floor. This house would probably be more ideal for young families with children. We especially liked the fact that all the sheets were already on the beds as well as all the towels.

Had a great week with family. Beach was wonderful. House was good, lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed the porch swings and hot tub. A little strange on the layout of home. To get out to the beach you have to go through one of two bedrooms or down and out through the garage area. Would be nice if they enclosed the outdoor shower.

We had an amazing vacation at Topsail and can’t wait to come back again. This house fit everyone in our group very comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. The rooms were spacious. We did have some initial maintenance issues due to it being the start of the season, however the maintenance company was very responsive. Other than usual wear and tear on the house the house is in great condition and we would recommend this house to anyone!
