Stayed Apr 13, 2025The property was perfect for us, we had the option of 2 heated pools and a great beach nearby. Nettles island offers so much with minigolf, shuffle board, pickleball and included in the rental. The check-in process could be improved. We didn't have the code for accessing the key and there was no guidance on where anything was at or what we could use. The rental included a golf cart and didn't know where the key or how to charge it. A checkin booklet would be useful to know where everything is. Some appliances could be updated, the vacume was not very powerful and more utensils would have been appreciated. Other than that, it was a wonderful time and we felt safe, clean and worked out perfect for us. Thanks again!

Stayed Mar 26, 2025House was very clean. Community rules posted on the fridge and more than one. Very helpful. Enough room to fit my family comfortably. No complaints about bedding. The only negative is the parking issue. No fault of the owners. The community should provide more visitor space especially for as many residents in the community.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024This is our third rental on nettles island and we have found our future always rental. 3 bedrooms with three baths. Tons of room to hang out. Nice kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Owner communicated great even on busy thanksgiving holiday. Check in. Lots of towels for beach.
