Spacious Beach House in Nettles Island Hutchinson Beach

This home was perfect for our family of 6 grandpa and grandma (4 adults, 4 kids). It was in a great location on the island as well. We were very pleased with the communication with the host, and closing expectations were very low and easy to execute.Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Roomy for a large family trip! Beds were comfy and we loved having 3 full bathrooms. The included amenities on Nettles Island were great and the golf cart rental process was smooth. The cleanliness of the property should be improved, though. The towels and bedding were clean but some areas including the fridge water dispenser were very gross so we didn't feel comfortable using it. We understand no personal products being included such as shampoo, etc, but have never been to a rental without garbage bags, any extra toilet paper rolls, low hand soap, and an empty laundry detergent container. Overall, we would stay here again as it worked for our group.

This property worked well for our group of 5 adults. Would have been a 5 if not for the dishwasher being broken, and the added security at the gate (an inconvenience). It is important to provide all names for adult renters well ahead, and that message was communicated 3 days before arrival, when I was busy and missed the message.The place was nice and clean, and we had enough kitchen tools, etc. Bedrooms were comfortable. The bunk room had no place to hang anything as the closet is blocked by a bed. Like most stays, wish there were hooks available in all rooms.Nettles has good amenities and beach access with a crosswalk across A1A. An umbrella and two chairs were available with the house (nice). Parking is limited, but can use nearby bath house spot if needed.Enjoyed our visit at this house!

We loved our stay. House was as described.

Good layout with 3 bedrooms and baths The master bath was very nice: grab-bars and lots of storage spacein large attached closet. Liked having a couple of large bureaus in the master bedroom.Living room, dining area was large enough to accommodate 6 people. Missed having an outdoor space/patio but assumed from listing there wasn’t one. Ruben responded quickly to the couple of issues we had. All in all it was a good stay.

The property was perfect for us, we had the option of 2 heated pools and a great beach nearby. Nettles island offers so much with minigolf, shuffle board, pickleball and included in the rental. The check-in process could be improved. We didn't have the code for accessing the key and there was no guidance on where anything was at or what we could use. The rental included a golf cart and didn't know where the key or how to charge it. A checkin booklet would be useful to know where everything is. Some appliances could be updated, the vacume was not very powerful and more utensils would have been appreciated. Other than that, it was a wonderful time and we felt safe, clean and worked out perfect for us. Thanks again!

House was very clean. Community rules posted on the fridge and more than one. Very helpful. Enough room to fit my family comfortably. No complaints about bedding. The only negative is the parking issue. No fault of the owners. The community should provide more visitor space especially for as many residents in the community.

Home was very clean and spacious with all necessary provisions. LR couch was mildly uncomfortable but we didn't spend much time there. Great amenities. Wish there was outside space for entertaining. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

We enjoyed the place and amenities, although the rec center pools and hot tubs were down due to electrical issues. Worked with the owner to get cable box replaced. He was very attentive.

We loved the size of the house and the location. The amenities of the resort are awesome, we can’t wait to go back.

This is our third rental on nettles island and we have found our future always rental. 3 bedrooms with three baths. Tons of room to hang out. Nice kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Owner communicated great even on busy thanksgiving holiday. Check in. Lots of towels for beach.

Well maintained property in a great vacation spot. Walking distance to the ocean with two large pools on property. Easy to reach and communicate with the owner. Five Stars!
